My mistake, the correct fasteners wasn't in package, the ones I received were too big!

I received an Email displaying a part that I'd recently been looking at, and immediately below a big banner saying "20% off" for Memorial day. When I attempt to place the order I find that this particular item is not eligible for the discount. This wasn't a big-ticket item, or a special order, just another ordinary part. Kind of disappointed that they felt it necessary to draw people in with this type of misleading advertisement.

Did I get the military discount? I why is it on some items you received a military discount and not everything? I am a 20 year active duty retire soldier and every little discount helps it nice you do offer this discount and really no one requires you to do this but it does help when your on making a lot less money than working.
