The candle portion of your order is not a physical candle, it is a virtual candle that appears on the obituary page, however, since your complete order was refunded, it was also cancelled and refunded. I don't understand your review. If you click on the service you want the order to be delivered to, then the flowers are to be delivered to the service before it starts if it says it can make it on time. Otherwise, you have to select the time manually and provide the delivery address. Now, regarding your order...you placed your order on January 8th at 8:07a.m. For delivery at 12:00p.m. To the funeral home, even though the visitation started at 10:00a.m. And the funeral service started at 11:00a.m. For this order, you were unable to select delivery to the service on time because there is a 4 hour minimum window between your order being delivered and the time of the service. Therefore, you decided to still have the order delivered to the funeral home, but after the start of the funeral service, which was your choice because our system wouldn't accept any orders to be delivered to the service since it was too late. You then leave a 1 star review because we couldn't guarantee delivery before the service time. Had you of made your order the day prior, there would have been no issues. Please understand that the florist needs time to receive the order, prepare the order, and deliver the order. Thank you.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. I asked Blooms Today to speak with the local florist to let them know that is unacceptable and to remove them from the program if they are incapable of fulfilling orders timely.
