We ordered flowers for my husbands aunts funeral. It was one of the main floral pieces. The order stated it would be there in time for the services. We are out of town. A family member at the service said it had not arrived yet. I contacted customer service to get an update and they said they would check the status and let me know. A few minutes later I get an email from blooms today and it says "your order shows it is on schedule for delivery". I thought everything was good and taken care. The services start and we get another text from a family member the flowers have still not arrived! We try to call customer service, office closed till the next day. We heard from our family the flowers never arrived. We were heartbroken. Why weren't we notified?! We call the next day first thing in the morning and we're told the flower shop refused to make the order. They were trying to locate another shop but were unable to find one. We were never told of this issue and never given an opportunity to try and find another shop. In fact, we were led to believe everything was fine. If we did not have a family member notifying us the flowers did not arrive would they have ever told us? It's not like we were sending flowers for a birthday, it was for a funeral a moment that we will never get back. Not only were we dealing with the loss of an aunt but we also had to deal with the issue of a flower delivery which should not be something we have to worry about. We were compensated a plant for the family but not even close to what we were wanting. Very disappointed, would never use you again and would ensure no other friends or family trust your company again. Not reliable for important events!

We are very sorry to hear about your poor experience. If the local florist is unable to fulfill the order, they are supposed to notify Blooms Today immediately, so they can inform the customer. When looking up your order, it was placed on July 25th at 4:21p.m. For delivery on July 26th by 6:00p.m. You should have been informed of this issue the morning of July 26th. Please understand that this is not the fault of Echovita. It was the fault of the local florist assigned your order. In circumstances such as this, the local florist is penalized and can be removed from the program if they fail to timely notify Blooms Today of an issue regarding the order. Thank you.

I was confused on picking a delivery time because the event is nine days away, but the delivery options were within the next three days. I hope I selected correctly.
Family lived away but said it was very pretty. We live away and couldn't make it back for funeral but wanted to send flowers for my husbands sister.
They didn't have what I ordered but took the payment! I had to reorrder again out of it! Had to order plant never arrived!
In this day and age I am disappointed that an image of the actual arrangement I sent could not be sent to me so I could see what it looked like.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.

As stated on our website, the florist coordinates the best time for delivery with the funeral home or church. If the florist is told to delivery the arrangement a different day or time, that is what they do, otherwise, there is a chance that if they were to deliver the order when you requested it, it would not be received.
