Practically perfect delivery

The ordering process online was easy. Thank you. However, the Echovita site gave the wrong
Address. Fortunately, a representative from Blooms Today followed up with me, and the location
Where the flowers had been delivered. Through mutual cooperation, the recipients were informed and picked up the flowers at the location. The recipients loved the flowers, said they still looked beautiful even though they had been sitting at the wrong address for a couple of days before the mixup was fixed. It was a clerical error, and again, many thanks to Blooms Today customer service for initiating the calls to correct the situation. Thank you very much.

Floral arrangement was not delivered to funeral location as promised. To their credit, when I called Blooms, I was treated courteously and told the arrangement would be delivered to a residence instead. I then received TWO delivery confirmations, one that afternoon and one two days later. I'm still not sure if anything at all was delivered.

Couldn't deliver

We placed an online order for a funeral arrangement. The following day rec'd notice that the order could not be delivered to the funeral parlor but it could be delivered to the grave site. I canceled the order for the $150+ floral arrangement. That was my experience.

No link to the charities mentioned. I could not register with Echovita to send a condolence message without ordering flowers.

If you would have contacted us directly via our website, we could have fixed this at that time. Second, you stated, you couldn't register for leaving a message without buying flowers, however, that is not true. Leaving a sympathy message is free, and all you need to do is create an account on our website. First, you type your message in the box provided on the obituary page, then click "Send", you will then be asked to sign in. Since you don't have an account, you just need to click "Register" under the blue login button, then provide your name, email address, and a password you wish to use. Once complete, your message will be posted. If you want to cancel your order and simply make a donation and leave a message, please call Blooms Today directly at 1-800-522-8707 to cancel your order, then visit the obituary page and follow the instructions I've provided you with. Thank you.

Ordered 5 days prior to funeral. Was not notified that order could not be fulfilled until 2 days after the funeral service. Gave no indication of any issue with finding florist. What seemed a convenient service on the surface turned out to be very disappointing as this token of respect to the bereaved family never happened.
