I went to the doctor and he sent in the paperwork and in three days later I had my meds. I would like to thank you for the speedy response to help me.
I certainly appreciate this being a free service that is offered but it is supposed to show on Facebook and it DOES NOT and where is absolutely no way to share it from your site, so it's worthless. Very sad!
I ordered flowers to be delivered for a visitation and memorial service. I could not attend the visitation and memorial because I live a long distance away. A family member was kind enough to let me know at the start of the visitation that my flower order and sentiments had not been delivered. When I called to follow up on my order, the customer service person from this company agreed to investigate and get back to me. She called back to tell me that the florist said they couldn't fulfill the order and she was sorry. The order had been placed several days in advance of the scheduled visitation and service. Yet no one let me know my order could not be fulfilled until I called.
The customer service rep refunded my money and agreed to send the flowers to the home of the family of the dearly departed. It took the full weekend and two business days for the flowers to arrive. When they did arrive some of the flowers in the arrangement were well past their prime and looked marginal at best.
I can't imagine anything much worse than failing to delivery flowers to a grieving family on time for the planned service. I was embarrassed to say the least and hurt that my expression of sympathy wasn't received as intended.
The point of sending flowers is to have them come when those bereaved can enjoy them. Thus, when they were delivered 24 hours late, just minutes before the Memorial service, well, that is a great shame.
Never so a place to delete the candle...
I am very pleased with the ease of the transaction, the beautiful arrangement and the competitive pricing.
Very easy to use the site. Good selection of flower choices.
On time and high quality. Good value and excellent service.
They arrived in a timely manner. Perfect. They loved them!
They did not deliver the flowers to funeral home or contacted me until DAYS after the funeral was over. Received EMAIL. Awful...I was extremely upset along with my entire family! Funeral was out of state... we could not attend so expected for family to atleast see our respect with flowers for loss of our loved one! They should have contacted me ASAP if they could not handle the job!
Hi Katherine, we are sorry to hear about the experience you had. You are absolutely right. The local florist is supposed to notify our partner Blooms Today ahead of time if they are unable to fulfill the order and deliver it on time, so that Blooms Today can contact you. In this case, the florist didn't do as they are supposed to, so when Blooms Today was going through the orders to confirm deliveries, they realized that the local florist didn't confirm delivery, they refunded the order.
The flowers you delivered were lovely and the family appreciated them. In fact, they turned out to be the deceased's favorite colors! However, they looked nothing like what I ordered.
Am happy with the service because was timely and arrived in good order
The website was user friendly and easy to navigate..
It was easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. Thank you
Very easy and convenient to order. Timely arrival was great! And pricing was comparable to other services of this kind. Highly recommend!
Essy to navigate and reasonable pricing, but the final product was not as great as pictured.
So easy to navigate and reasonable pricing
I ordered a heart wreath and got a wall spray. You ruined my last gesture of love for my cousin. The 50% refund did not make up for my sadness.
We ordered Blue Bounty that showed a deep blue vase. At the funeral the vase was a clear glass. Howver, you did issue a partial refund which I appreciated.
Very convenient! In this time of grief this was very appreciated. Had great picks to choose from and easy to use.
Such beautiful plants that Is ordered 3 more plants for Christmas gifts. The first 2 plants were peace lilies and the other 3 are Christmas cactus. I will post a review for those after delivery.
My Friend's husband passed away unexpectedly and I wanted to make her feel better. I chose an arrangement that was simple, but beautiful. She loved the arrangement.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
Answer: Hi James, you may call our partner, Blooms Today directly to inquire about your order at 1-800-522-8707. This phone number is also stated on our website on the flower selection and checkout pages.
Hi Jeannie T.,
All obituaries are not posted to Facebook because Facebook limits the amount of posts we can make per day and there are more obituaries posted each day than the limit allowed by Facebook. However, you, yourself can share the link on your own Facebook page. Furthermore, obituaries posted on our website are found via a simple Google search. Thank you.
