Shortly after the order was confirmed, I received a call that they couldn't find a florist to make and deliver the plant ordered for a funeral because it was in a rural area. If I didn't have a different location to give them they would have to cancel the order, which they did since I couldn't move the funeral for them. This was an arrangement for a family friend many states away.
I immediately found a local florist by a simple google search and explained the situation and the planter was put together and delivered to the funeral on time. My advice, don't use these applications and simply call a local shop instead.
I ordered flowers on 1/24/2024 for a funeral service on 1/27/2024. The flowers never made it. On 1/26/2024 I was notified by Blooms they were delivered. Not the case. I called at least 4 times. Again on 1:29/2024 I was notified they were delivered. I spoke to the funeral director many times. He never received. Finally on 2/1/2024 they were delivered. I am not at all pleased with this service and will not be using again

Great service & options just a bit disappointed with the actual size of the flowers for the amount I paid. Had selected the largest size you had so when I saw it in person wasn't what I had expected.
There was a sudden unexpected death of a friend and my local florist was closed over the weekend. Echovita not only made is easy to order and deliver the flowers over the web, but their rep even phoned when the selection I made was unavailable and arrange for another option. All while I was at home with kids. I most certainly be using this service again!
There's an attractive selection of flowers and plants. The price included delivery which makes price reasonable. The website is easy to navigate with prompt email notifications for order and delivery.
Thought it was easy, made my order, and then they couldn't deliver them to the funeral service, very disappointing. Will not order again from here.

I was pleased with the simplicity of ordering, only concern i had was that i received notification on the next day that sounded as if it just got there Ady day late, called my family to verify they had received on the day of funeral. Notification should be done at time of service.
The flowers were never delivered to the funeral home. I had to ask the family to see if they were and was told "NO" - Very Embarrassing!

POST NOTE: The arrangement arrived the day BEFORE the wake (yay!), got a text After their delivery (SO Nice and relief to KNOW), Did Not actually SEE the arrangement (SOoo many people and long long line) but a family member that we wanted them to see-and-know said 'they are Really Nice' (She's a teenager)...so still I say, can't confirm how the arrangement looked----sorry. Would ABSOLUTELY Use This Internet option again!

I placed my order for a standing spray arrangement online, which was easy to do. I soon received an email and a voicemail saying that they could not process my order exactly as placed. I then called them (spent a little too much time on hold), and spoke with two different florists (the first call got disconnected for some reason). The first person told me they did not have any stands, and the second person told me that a stand would cost an extra $100. And they both told me that they were out of pastel lilies. So I agreed to a large floor basket instead, with "an equally beautiful arrangement" (without lilies).
The arrangement was delivered the day before the funeral. It was a standing spray with gorgeous flowers, including lilies! So in spite of a couple of slightly confusing phone calls, the resulting product was exactly what I had originally ordered, and was beautiful!
So like the title says, the service really was very friendly, and the arrangement was so lovely. Thank you!

I was not happy with the service. After putting in my order and getting confirmation that it went thru and was in process...got an email after the funeral services that the flowers were intended for, that the order was canceled due to no florist. This was very upsetting as then the family did not receive the love and support from our flowers that we wanted. And the timing of the email was not the best as if I would have known earlier, I could have made other arrangements.

Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
