Your website was super easy to navigate. My only complaint was that there was no message telling me the flowers were delivered. My friend told she got them, otherwise I would never have known.
Service was 11am to 1pm got email at 1:30 saying flowers were delivered. Since I'm in poor health I couldn't be at funeral service so I'm not sure if plant that I bought got there on time.

Sometimes it can even take 24 hours to receive your delivery confirmation email. The time the email is received is not when the order is delivered. The email itself should indicate the time the order was delivered. If the time of delivery is not indicated, please call 1-800-522-8707. If the order was delivered late, you will receive a refund. You can act under the guise of 'public information' all you want, but frankly when you get incorrect information about peoples loved ones deaths and cause a tizzy of confusion in the worst possible instance, you very quickly become a problem and join the ranks among the lowest in the world. You need to realign your companies values or just pack it in. There's nothing inherently wrong about reiterating public information but during sensitive times and evidently trying ones you either get the facts straight or don't bother at all. I appealed to remove the obituary that you posted inaccurately and I had to inform numerous people about your incorrect dates and your bad obituary that would be comical in any other circumstance. Its almost as if this sites main goal is to disrespect the dead with the small recourse of wilted flowers. If this isn't the case, then I assume your mission statement was to cause more annoyance to families. Oh and one more thing, 'legality' does not equal some moral mission to inform the public, I'm pretty sure I can inform the public via the obituary I chose to display. Pony-up and admit your site is a cash grab that would sell out their own mothers for 30 pieces of silver.

The flowers were never delivered to the church. They were supposed to be delivered in the morning and I got an email after 6:00pm saying they were delivered.

You only received the delivery confirmation after 6:00p.m. However, as stated on your delivery confirmation email, your order was delivered at 9:45a.m. On August 24th, which was on time, since the flowers had to be there by 10:00a.m. No refund will be issued for this order. Thank you.
Decent, the flowers were nice, & the delivery was on time and good, but I was charged for lighting a candle that I don't recall ordering, I did not contact you back about the issue because I was in a hurry that day!

Not being in the same town as the funeral home, this was a very convenient way to order flowers. Unlike FTD, one gets what one ordered.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
