None of the discounts I kept receiving applied to my order. It was in excellent condition, surprised they had such a recent edition, and was delivered quicker than expected. Thrilled they have a textbook option as I cannot stand reading on a screen.
I ordered three books. They didn't give a total amount with the UPS Express shipping so had to separately calculate it myself. After some time of waiting, I checked to find out what was going on with the books only to find they had all been cancelled. There was no notification or explanation for this. As a result I missed out on obtaining these books from other sources. I contacted the customer service team on multiple occasions but still no response to this day.
Glad I could buy for cheaper. Textbooks can be expensive, especially for college students. Choosing a cheaper option means you can allocate money toward tuition, supplies, or even everyday necessities.
I've been a college student for a while now (Medical), and I always use Ecampus for renting cheap books. I usually compare prices between amazon and a few other sites, but Ecampus always has better deals. Also, it is very easy to return books, no hassles or bs
Thank you for having a user-friendly website! My school bookstore website is far more complicated than this one. My only concern was that I chose to purchase the textbook, but am uncertain if it was the purchase or a rental.
Usps did deliver it 4 days late, but that's not your fault at all, it does seem you do not have in depth instructions on how you would like it sent back. I plan on taking it to usps and figuring it out with the package it came in as well as the paper that was in it. Not the best padding, could cause damages.
