5 day shipping turned into 20 days. Needed textbook for class had to request extensions on assignments due to late package. When package finally arrived it was a huge box containing a card WITH A EBOOK CODE ON IT. Why not just email the code? On top of that the code was FOR THE WRONG TEXT BOOK. Last time I ever come near this website.

Ecampus'a description is vague and doesn't provide an itemized list of what is included in the purchase. The ISBN indicates ebooks and rentals don't include certain materials (e.g. Access code). Because of this description and when paying a hefty price (almost $200) I was certain that my purchase included an access code, but I never received one. To make matters worse, I sent communication through the "contact us" on your website about two weeks ago, I didn't receive a response via email. I Googled Ecampus and called the phone number listed for the business only to hear a recorded message that said the number is invalid and that I needed to send an email. I did this previously to no avail. Now I must go and pay additional money to obtain an access code for McGraw Hill that I thought was included with my Ecampus purchase! I'm highly dissatisfied and will not use your company again in the future!

Do not pay for expedited shipping. It is anything but. If buying from the Marketplace you have to wait for that item to be shipped to eCampus then shipped to you. No dropshipping. I paid for expedited shipping and it took 1 week and 1 day to receive. No where was the package even marked for expedited shipping nor was it sent priority. The book was shipped through USPS so I could track it and see it was not sent Priority, but 'normal' USPS. I contacted their customer service multiple times and received the same canned response EVERY.TIME. All I asked for was my shipping money refunded. The bots must not have understood my words

No communication from Ecampus regarding my book order, I had to contact customer service regarding my book. After speaking with them I gave them a another week no success or communication. I cancelled my order after waiting 13 days for the item. You cant promote an item in stock without verifying with in your warehouse or with a third party.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
