I wish I had read the earlier reviews on this site about this ridiculous website and their audacious lies! They were quick to take my money and very vague, even from the onset to confirm the delivery date of the item. Subsequent emails sent to them inquiring on the delivery status of my dress were responded with an "assuring" you will receive your dress "soon" or "trust us, it will be there in time" or "it is on the plane and has shipped"! Unfortunately, their 'reassurances' spanned over a period of two months vs the indicated 14 - 20 days! Furthermore, when my emails to them became more agitated, they provided me with a fake tracking number! I am on a mission to consolidate as many other aggrieved customers so we can collectively sue or petition their ban/operation in the US! Wedding planning is stressful enough without having the headache of a lying scamming vendor!

Total scam, this is another chinese company, where they steal the photos of these dresses off some other site that is reputable, then when you order the dress, they sew and tailor it to try to make it look like the photo? But, the material, the color, and style is totally up to them. Their return policy is identical to these other clothing sites from China, basically, you won't be refunded, no matter what the problem with your order is. So, SAVE Your MONEY! Pay a little more and get your dress from a local fitting place. Don't go through the headache and heartache that may others have. These chinese don't give a rip about anyone else, and apparently don't answer to the same God as I.
SCAMS the http://www.ebridalgowns.ca/ ebridal shop does not exist. The adresses they gave are fake for first and foremost, they do not even provide telefone contacts. They scam and steal away your money then all emails goes an answered. They not only NEVER SENT MY GOWN BUT ALSO NEVER EVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS NOR GAVE ME MY MONEY.
Do not waste your time buying anything from this heartless animals, for they dont care as I am forced to buy my gown from other sources. I have al ready taken a step of suing them with my bank as I payed with paypal but this chinese animals sucks.
