Booked a hotel in Morocco that didn't exist. We asked around town and it turned out that the pictures used on the fake listing belonged to a number of other guesthouses in the area. A complete scam. Ebookers refused to give me a refund and didn't help me find alternative accommodation. I was literally left out in the cold with my 3 fellow travellers (we were on a cycling trip in a remove area). It's a perfect platform for scammers – avoid at all costs, stick to booking.com and airbnb!

I booked an eight night stay for Amsterdam with E-bookers for a recent July holiday.
The booking process was easy and all the staff were friendly and professional.
I stayed at the five star Grand Hotel Amrath, Amsterdam.
Once again, wonderful and everybody treated me like a long known friend.
Such a pity the concierge Peter has left and another concierge Jeffrey, is leaving at the end of July, 2016.
I will definitely return and Jesper, one of the managers, is second to none.

I've booked on Ebookers several times (Int'l flights, hotel, train) and I've never had any problem at all. There are no hidden charges and the price I see on the page is the price I had to pay. The confirmation of my bookings were sent to my email promptly. I love them more now because of the loyalty bonus scheme which all adds up. All in all, I can't fault it.
