Although the delivery process was around 2 weeks I was given a tracking code and a link to the tracking website.
The battery arrived and was as described on the website.
I ordered 2 Milwaukee 28v batteries they arrive within 7 days. I had a small problem with one of tham but they replaced it with no problem at thar expense I will trade with tham agane

I was sent a battery for my MacBook but it did not work. The company sent me a replacement without asking me to send the original delivery back.
Ordered a replacement Dell laptop battery from Ebatterys and it went missing during the delivery process, so contacted Ebatterys and a second one was sent out that arrived and works well.

Original battery was faulty but a replacement was sent and works well. Battery gives nearly 4 hrs on my Lenovo laptop. Great communication and a pleasure to deal with.
I ordered a replacement battery for an HP Pavillion laptop. They delivered a battery that was clearly old and used. It was grimy and scratched. It was also old; the manufacture date was July 2013. The packaging was clearly an old and used as well.
Ebattery.co.uk is NOT a UK based company, it has been reported to those who may be able to stop them trading as such, but this may not matter to you. What will matter is that these batteries are replicas, and a guarantee of any amount time is NOT VALID THROUGH EBATTERY.CO.UK because you will not be able to return them if faulty (please check reviews to see how many are faulty). The addresses shown as the returns address in Portsmaouth is fictitious, you will asked to either return your battaries to China (at your cost) or to buy another at a reduced rate, at least until the communication stops from them.
There are many other replica battery companies out there, please use one of them instead
I ordered two Canon Batteries for my Camera in April 2015.In the advertisement it is described as genuine Canon Batteries. I paid around 27 pounds for the batterries Sure they were shipped in time and arrived in UK.
When the batteries were charged, they did not hold ANY charge at all. I referred them immediately to the Customer Service who advised me to ship them to China by post and to have the refund. The customer service even gave a reference no. For returning the batteries by post. So I posted them which cost me an additional 5 pounds and enquired about my refund. I even showed them a receipt of my posting but they told me that they have never received the batteries. They are not replying anymore. I lost quite a lot of energy and money chasing them but I must say that they have scammed me.
This site is a SCAM Site. Although the web site bears the name. co.uk it is not reliable. There is strong suspicion that it is not aUK based company but uses this link to scam people. They deliver used or fake batteries and when you contact their Customer Service, in the first instance the latter is very polite and responsive but at the end of the day you never get a refund or quality goods.
Being a victim, I would NOT recommended this site to you. I would ask you to pass this message to your friends. This is the best way to uncover these swindlers... The advertisement was hosted in an Amazon page. So beware.

Terrible... Thought i was dealing with a company in the UK... I was not... They are in CHINA... and they sell JUNK... DO NOT do biz with this company... Absolute RUBBISH... Sent me some CHINESE MADE RIPOFF battery... absolute JUNK... DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT DO BIZ WITH EBATTERYS.CO.UK... Youve been warned
Didn't receive my order and i'm still waiting on a reply fro these people... Don't waste your time!
