I decided to dedicate just a couple of minutes reviewing the site, cause I was really suprised with their commitment. I ordered three tickets for the SS Lazio vs AC Milan Serie A game and the whole process was very easy, thanks to their traffic department. They are very in touch with you to confirm your order and solve all your doubts. I talked to them a thousand times, cause I wanted to make sure that the tickets will arrive on time to my email adress, and they were. So no complaints here. Superb.

At least based on my own experience so far, I have to say that this page is very reliable and offers a great costumer service, taking care of your questions or worries about your order. And most importantly, tickets arrive very fast by post and the seats they recommend me were awesome. It will be a next time.

I was a bit apprehensive with my order when they said that I will get my tickets directly at my hotel desk, and when we arrived, they was there! They fulfill their promise. Also, we got two excellent seats. Excellent service, at least by my experience. I will repeat to my second rugby game next summer ;)

I ordered 4 tickets for the Atlético de Madrid vs Benfica, we knew it would be very difficult to get tickets cause we got them with a short notice. Nevertheless the costumer service form EasySportsTickets assured us that we will going to have the tickets in paper in our hotel desk in two days. So it was a relief to see that all the promises came true. Also, we were really happy cause we got the 4 tickets seated together, and that was great. Great experience, definitely I will book my tickets again with them. Looking forward to come back to Spain!

Last summer i booked for 2 packages of england games in the world cup in Brazil.
I payed 1500 eoro for the games, but i never got the tickets.
They do not answer the phone or responding to emails.
After a while they responded and promised me that thair ac$#*!ing department will proices my refund, which never happaned.
I lost 1500 euro, but the main thing was the pain flying halph the world and stay without tickets.

I bought tickets from Easysportstickets.com to the El Classico in Barcelona on March 22. Since I was quite sceptical about buying second hand tickets I searched for other peoples experience with this company. Obviously I did not do a very good job, as I after my experience found loads of stories from people who were ripped off by this company.

It all started very well. With a professional response on my purchase, and instructions on how the tickets would be delievered. Then, a week before the match, a mail arrived informing about late delievery. We were supposed to be handed the tickets at our hotel on the day before, or even the same date as the match. This is the last communication ever recieved by the company. The tickets never showed up of course. Tried to contact them by phone, email and chat (which the operator hung up after I explained why I contacted them). My mail with a complaint and request for the refund has never been answered.

This was a present for my son, and he had been eager with anticipation for six months. I could not watch his disappointment, and we very lucky enough to be able to buy new tickets on the street.

If you wouldn't like to have the same experience, and be ripped off of $1500, stay away from this company!

I bought 2 tickets for the Tennis France Roland Garros from Easysportstickets to my aunts eightieth birthday for her and my mum. The tickets were advertised on Easysportstickets for over €300 although when I got them the face value was €100. This is the name of the game and I have no problem with that. My tickets were emailed to me as promised and they enjoyed there trip to Paris and the seats at the Phillipe center court were very good as I expected, it was just unfortunate Federer lost. Nobodys fault and my aunt and mum enjoyed the doubles anyway.
Easysportstickets did what it said it would. Two happy old ladies.

I have now been waiting for over two months on repayment of undelivered tickets. I ordered tickets to the football match between Barcelona - Real Madrid in December and was told two days before the match that they could not acquire any tickets. I paid more than $ 1,300 and have not seen any refund yet. Every time I requested a refund, they reply that I must wait further 3-4 days. Now we need someone who works in Easysportstickets to take responsibility! I would like a statement from the CEO. It is obvious that others have experienced this. Shall we cooperate against this irresponsible company?
