GARBAGE! 1048PM the night before our ticketed event we receive an email stating "their ticket supplier let them down and easy sports tickets wouldn't be able to provide us with tickets to the event" We purchased train tickets, Paris accommodations, and arranged a babysitter for our children so we could attend The French Open. Called numerous times to speak to a representative about the issue…no answer during business hours and voicemail box full notifications. Their emails say "guaranteed" Guaranteed they will take your money and screw you over!

I ordered tickets for Roland Garros. Received a mail that my order was now completed and that my e-tickets would be sent 3-5 days before the event. When i hadn't received them 3 days in advance i started to to call and to mail time and time again. I left several messages in mailboxes, posted several emails. No response. NONE. This organisation is a FRAUD. NEVER EVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM. I will file an official complaint with the directors of Roland Garros and hope to make sure EASYSPORTSTICKETSD.com will never obtain any tickets again. BE AWARE. I WISH I HAD NEVER ORDERED WITH THIS BUNCH OF FRAUDS. NOW I WILL HAVE TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Unfortunately I have the Same Bad experiences with this Company. I ordered also two tickets for the CL final in Lissabon and after the Buy I phoned with a Young man, he Said I get the Tickets to 100 percent, then I read this experiences and I write Mails to the Company, if it is sure that I get my Tickets. Lora phoned me back and told me that I get the Tickets 100 Percent to the Hotel in Lissabon. I was sure, they are there, but at the Rezeption they dont have anything. I have sent a Lot of Money for the flight and the Hotel and now no Tickets for me and my husband. After the checkin I real an email that I dont get the Tickets and I get my Money back. But it was very Late. If I hard this informations a week before (Loras call) I would have cancel everything but it this moment it was to Late. I have sent an email but no answer, here i read, all the others also have no answer, I am very sad about this. Sorry but the Information, that you are a Profi in this with 12 years of experience I dont believe... please Never Order Tickets from this Company.

I booked tickets for 4 days Roland Garros (#*******, #*******) and got only for two days. I hope that these tickets for the two days are real and we will not have any surprise at the stadium. Easysportstickets shoud send the tickets 3-5 days before the event and this isn't happened. I tried to contact them via Email, Phone, Fax but without results. So Mr Adam Castro, maybe you can contact me to clarify these situation as soon as possible.

We just flew from the US, my wife and I bought tickets for the Roland Garros.
I have to say, that the service is pretty good.
We already received the e-tickets to my email about a week ago, and we are preparing to go tomorrow.
We are really excited. It our first time seeing Tennis in Europe.
And even after the e-tickets were sent, they called to make sure that we received them.
We have been waiting for this experience for almost a year...

I bought tickets for the Europa League final in Torino, 2014, being a Juventus fan, anticipating a final of dreams for me and my best friend. I booked the tickets and paid 618 euros for 2 tickets, category 2. After failing to deliver the tickets to the address we provided in Torino, we were able to get the tickets from a delivery person at a hotel in Torino who gave us 2 150 euros value tickets, category one. When I talked to them, they had 2 strong points, if I can prove that I ordered category 2 tickets and kept talking about face value. This is how they make money off you, by selling you a lower category ticket. I would have never paid so much money for a category one ticket, also they put the trick in place from the beginning as they "confirmed" in a reply email a category 1 ticket order, as I didn't pay attention to their email as I would never think they would try to trick us. I will fight through my credit company to get my difference back. I don't think they are an honest company and I don't recommend them

It was a very horrible experience as i was robbed from watching the game. Do not trust this site it is a scam. I purchased 2 tickets for Juventus vs Cagliari match. First i bought 1 ticket order no ******* than i wanted 1 more ticket so before i bought the other ticket i called to tell them that i wanted the other ticket to be next to the first order and i was told to make a request when placing the other order. I ordered the other ticket and i told them that i wanted the 2 tickets next to each other, the other order no is *******. Now comes the worst part of all. They requested my details and my wife's details because of Italian football rules so they will know who is entering the stadium. I supplied them with all our details such as name date of birth and a copy of our passports. When we arrived at the gates to enter the stadium they wouldn't let us in because the names on the tickets where not ours, the steward at the gate wanted to see some id when we gave him our id he just wouldn't let us in. The names on the tickets where Vanessa Garibaldi from Catanzaro born 1986 my wife is maltese and born in 1959 the other was Dahlberg Mats Anders fro Sweden born in 1974 i am maltese born in 1958.So do not trust this site. I have been trying to get in contact with this so called europe's number one sports tickets site since yesterday 18/05/14 afternoon from just outside the stadium gates with no answer. Now i have been trying to get in contact with them from home back in Malta but the man on the other end of the line kept putting me on hold till the line went dead. I even left a couple of massages on there answering machine but no one got back to me. I will keep posting reviews untill i get my full refund. This will not stop here.

I wanted to but some tickets as a birthday present to my brother, and it has been the first live football match he seen.
I really wanted to surprise him and I bought tickets for the favorite team, Real Madrid.
I arranged the hotel, flight, everything...
After I bought the tickets, I haven't heard back about the delivery, so I called the customer service. Turns out, I typed the wrong phone number and they were trying to reach me. I was relieved, everything was sorted and we were good to go.
We arrive to Madrid, the tickets were wating at the reception. Really good seats too...
It was perfect!

My girlfriend and I traveled from Poland to see the Cope Del Rey.
She bought the tickets as a surprise for my birthday.
I was afraid that she did not pick a good category, so I called the company and asked to change the category. They said it is not a problem and I just signed on the confirmation and it was done...
When we arrived to the stadium, i realized I made a good choice to change the categories, otherwise we wouldn't have seen anything and we couldn't enjoy the match properly.
It was such a great match... Really good, and we got a really good service.

I bought tickets for the Barcelona - Atletico Madrid game for me and my stepdad on is 60th birthday. We have booked the flight and hotel and are leaving tomorrow. Yesterday i got an e-mail were they just told me that the order had been refunded. I bought these tickets in september and i guess that since this is a very important game now they could sell my tickets to someone else for i higher price. My stepdad is sick and will not be with us for more than 2-3 years so i can't really describe how disappointing this is for both omg stepdad and me. Don't use easysportstickets, its not a serious firm.

I bought 2 tickets already in december to see the barcelona vs atletico match, which is going down this saturday. I bought them even waaaay before when it was clear that this will be the deciding match. And now after I have already paid for the plane tickets (all the way from Estonia) and hotel, they tell me that their supplier can not provide any tickets for this match (5 days prior the match, even though I bought tickets 5 months ago) and they need to cancel my order and refund the money. Your company is selling air! I did not need that, I can get air here as well and much cheaper. Makes me sick to see how you greedy bastards treat people, who have put their hopes up and given you even money for that kind of action.
And do not tell me that you do not have any tickets, I know you have. You just sell my tickets to someone on the black market, who is willing to pay more for them. If you know that you are going to do this, then why make order confirmation at the first place?!
I really hope that you can find time in your busy schedule, to answer my emails and find me a solution. Or refund the whole sum during this week.
