Fixed it finally

My mother loved the flowers she received from this company. Had a few hiccups with communication but soughted it out. I never saw them personally but she said they were fine.I live 1000 km away.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered flowers from the UK for my daughter in law in Australia and have never been so disappointed and embarrassed by what she received! I appreciate that some flowers were not in stock so they had to replace with some of the same value but this bouquet was terrible! No way was this bouquet done by a trained florist nor did it reflect what I paid for it! Easyflowers then tried to offer me a $30 gift voucher knowing I am in the UK so it is useless to me especially as my daughter in law will be in the UK in a few weeks! This is not even a quarter of what I paid! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! See photos of what was advertised as apposed to what was delivered!

Absolutely shocking experience!
I was told at 10am on the last delivery day before Mothers Day that my flowers cannot be delivered to that particular area. They have had my order for 2 weeks and they tell me the morning of the last delivery day. They knew there was no way i could place an order with anyone else so our poor Mum had nothing on her special day.
They had the cheek to offer a $50 voucher for the 'inconvenience', knowing full well I will never use them again. I contacted them by email for a better explanation, as they do not have a phone number, (red flag) and no reply.
There are many other companies offering this service and I recommend you use one of the others to be on the safe side. Could you imagine if the flowers were for a funeral!

I placed an order of ‘Charlene', and selected the ‘go large' option. Was really disappointed to see such a small arrangement delivered to my Mum in the Adelaide Hills. I followed up and apparently 10 flowers is the large arrangement - 10 flowers for almost $100 is a bit of a rip off if you ask me. I was so disappointed with the tiny looking arrangement. The business never admitted they were wrong. Will not be using them in future and would recommend others to avoid.

Rotten, Damaged, ant infested flowers, never delivered to my door but left in the heat outside my garage. For the past two years my sister has used Easy flowers over 5 times. Every time I recieved flowers they have turned up like this. It is so stressful and hurtful to recieve a gift in this condition. I am angry beyond words and NEVER EVER EVER use this heartless, uncaring service. Complaints have been made but nothing has been done to address the florist making the bunches or the delivery drivers who can't even make it to my front door. Bunch on the left had to be thrown out straight away leaving me with filler.

Its the worst ever! First of all the website is so slow... takes for ever to load. Secondly they take the money, confirm the order and then call and tell you that the product is not available. Thirdly... such arrogant and impolite customer service executive from chandigarh. DOnt dont dont ever go there...

Ordered the bunch called Harper not only did it arrive totally different size but it didnt even look like the arrangement i ordered. When asked they said well the florist used the same flowers and the right amount of leaves like what the... what about the arrangement... its all there. I am gobbed smacked, arrangements are a very important part of floral displays and if you chose a particular look you expect that to arrive. They saw nothing wrong with this. The size was half of what was described --terrible service and misleading-basically false advertising!

They have no systems. The only system they have is, is during billing us. After that delivery happens any time that suits them and not when we paid for! Such a simple service so badly taken up.

Worst Experience ever
February 10, 2020

I've Ordered a bunch of 15 red roses for my husband on Rose Day in his office. Before Ordering, I called customer care if they will be able to deliver it by the same day. They promised yes. But my husband received those flowers on next Monday instead of Friday, 3 days delay. I've called their customer care number several times but no one was picking the call. Then I mailed them for any of the favor - either change address from office to residency, or change date from rose day to Valentine day, or refund as it was of no use to have roses on any other day. But they agreed on none. And the flower that he received contained a card which doesn't have the message I've written in their website to write on card. After all this I am fully unsatisfied of this much bad experiences and wanted to write a bad review on the purchase but till now I am not able to write any review to them. Website is still showing the delivery in processing status instead of Delivered. WORST SERVICE, WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION EXPERIENCE, WORST CUSTOMER INTERACTION, NOT TRUSTED AT ALL. After ordering a lily arrangement to send to my sister in hospital, I was extremely disappointed when she sent me photos of the arrangement. Not a single flower only tightly closed buds. 4 days later and still nothing has bloomed. When I expressed my disappointment I was given condescending instructions on how to care for them like putting them in water. The photo on the website displays a bunch of both open and closed flowers which is nothing at all like the product received. I will not be recommending or purchasing from this site again!

Ordered Birthday Flowers to my wife to be delivery at her job. Waste of money.
After I called ( the day prior) easyflowers Sydney and asked them to delivery in the morning next day ( just so her colleagues sees she got flowers at her job, you know that little embarrasing feeling) The company Easyflowers did not care about my request and instead they place my order for the afternon between 1-5 PM. Fail again, The delivery got to her ( closed doors when she was locking the work doors) at 5:30 pm, obviously none of her colleagues saw, they were all gone by then. And for my surprise after all when I see the flowers it just did not look as the pictures on the website, they only put 2 opened flowers and all thje rest clsed in a budded form, so I called them and mentioned all the problems, the response was ( the flowers will open and look beautiful). I mean, I didnt buy flowers to my garden, I wanted flowers for a special DAY, the flowers need to look good THAT SPECIAL DAY SPECIALLY... and what about the delay? Anyway, Just sharing the bad experience as I cant undo this I just hope people dont make the same mistake as I did ordering flowers in sydney with Easyflowers, they might be good elsewhere but not in Sydney.

Absolute Rip Off

Absolute rip off, I paid $100 to have a vase of tulips delivered to my mother in a Nursing home for Mothers Day and they were nothing like the photo on their website, so small and droopy, only in a jar not a vase. I notified them of my disgust and supplied a photo, and they are trying to blame my Mother for not looking after them properly. Very poor after sales service, when I asked for a refund all I got was a sorry you are not happy but they are unable to offer anything at this time. Don't buy from this Company, you pay exorbitant prices for poor quality

Ordered cake for the special occasion before the 5 days and paid money. But before 6 hrs of the birthday date they informed me that given area is outskirt and they are not able to deliver. First, they ruined my plan and even they are not ready to refund my money. They are cheaters.
Very hopeless to see this type of Service provider for such a special occasions.
Don't go with this Guys.
