Absolutely shocking experience!
I was told at 10am on the last delivery day before Mothers Day that my flowers cannot be delivered to that particular area. They have had my order for 2 weeks and they tell me the morning of the last delivery day. They knew there was no way i could place an order with anyone else so our poor Mum had nothing on her special day.
They had the cheek to offer a $50 voucher for the 'inconvenience', knowing full well I will never use them again. I contacted them by email for a better explanation, as they do not have a phone number, (red flag) and no reply.
There are many other companies offering this service and I recommend you use one of the others to be on the safe side. Could you imagine if the flowers were for a funeral!
