Comprei duas baterias YUNEEC 3S Q500 4K no dia 03 marco 2020 e paguei atraves da PAYPAL em 09 de marco 2020. Ate hoje, 28 de abril 2020, não recebi as baterias e tampouco a devoluçao do dinheiro... Fiz varias reclamaçoes por email e por telefone e nenhuma resposta. DESONESTOS!

First off we pay for 2-3 days shipping in may 6th and the batteries that we ordered does not get proceed until may 12th. I have been trying to contact them for over a week now and i got no response. I have left messages, sent emails, and got no response. The best part is out of all the times i have called they answered the phone once and never talked. I could hear them in the background talking and and doing whatever it is they were doing! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! They have horrible customer service! I am still waiting for contact back! I want to cancel my order and haven't herd back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a battery, charger, lens cap, propellers and a carrying case for my Phantom 3 Advanced on Jan 3. To date (two months later) I have only received the battery, lens cap and propellers. No information is available on the other items and no one can tell me anything when I call. I even payed for fast shipping. These people are shady!
I purchased a battery and charger on Aug 15th, and paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. The day after it was supposed to arrive, the order status on their website said, "These items have not yet shipped". Eight days after ordering, it still says that. Called their toll-free line. It says, "Press 3 for support". When you press 3, it says you have selected an invalid option. Posted inquiries on their Support page twice, and no one responded, as of several days later. Finally got in touch with someone who says he's in Sales, he told me they "don't have phone lines" in Support, that I have to email them. They have a chat box on their Support page, but every time I've looked at it (in the middle of the day) it says "offline". Called back several times and finally got the sales guy again. He said he'd have support look into it and email me an update. That was earlier today, and so far, no response.
It is beyond unprofessional to charge people a premium for expedited shipping, not ship the order for 8 days, not respond to inquiries, and not have a support telephone line. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but I've never had an experience like this with an online retailer. Shop here at your own risk!
Cheap, flimsy props. Poor customer service, they dont return emails. It took a month and had to open a claim with PayPal to get my refund
Update: I know why this company has high ratings, because they dont post any negative ones. My review was never posted. I am sure other were not also
I ordered an Osmo battery and charger from this company. I waited a week and never received word that the order was shipped or anything. I tried calling, nothing. Then tried emailing - nothing. They finally got through on their chatbot - was told that order shipped the day I ordered it. I asked for shipping information and they couldn't provide it. They said I'd get word within 24 hours on shipping. 24 hours later - nothing. I connected through chat again to ask where TF my order is. They said it was out of stock. They said they cancel the order but I don't trust that they'll do that. Taking further measures with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will take your money.
