I purchased a battery and charger on Aug 15th, and paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. The day after it was supposed to arrive, the order status on their website said, "These items have not yet shipped". Eight days after ordering, it still says that. Called their toll-free line. It says, "Press 3 for support". When you press 3, it says you have selected an invalid option. Posted inquiries on their Support page twice, and no one responded, as of several days later. Finally got in touch with someone who says he's in Sales, he told me they "don't have phone lines" in Support, that I have to email them. They have a chat box on their Support page, but every time I've looked at it (in the middle of the day) it says "offline". Called back several times and finally got the sales guy again. He said he'd have support look into it and email me an update. That was earlier today, and so far, no response.
It is beyond unprofessional to charge people a premium for expedited shipping, not ship the order for 8 days, not respond to inquiries, and not have a support telephone line. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but I've never had an experience like this with an online retailer. Shop here at your own risk!
