Having received damaged goods we asked for replacements which took week to arrive these were also delivered damaged.
The waste does not fit the shower tray and they have no alternative apparently.
The fitter I had arranged is now unable to finish the job as he's away,I have no bath or shower.
We have decided having given the a fair chance to reject the whole order as it cannot be used.
The local Dereham branch agreed and arranged for it to be picked up this Tuesday 4 March.
I then received an email forwarded from the returns department,demanding £60 be paid immediately for pick up of their faulty goods and an offer of a credit refund minus 10 %.
The local store say they can do no more.So no help there
We contacted customer services,Angela the operative agreed to refund us totally,"leave it with her she'd call back Wednesday 5th,"to arrange everything of course she didn't…
We rang again Thursday 6 to be told "the supervisor is busy she'll call you back "…. Still waiting.
My warning is do not buy from Easy bathrooms.
There's nothing Easy about my experience.

Have gone to easy bathrooms thinking will have good quality... was really wrong...
Just after few months thighs started to fall appart, starting from toilet seats and flushes, shelves fallifg out in of unit that was over 500£, wastes rusting and pealing off, tap very stiff need replacing, shower valve leaking. The list is endless... contacted Sheffield branch and to start they sorted few things, but it was not long before other things gone wrong again and now I'm just ignored, been promised it will be sortedand nothing is done, im send to Customer serviceand they do nothing too saying its not covered by warranty.
Now another flush broke send email and been told its not in stock and can't be replaced, whent to shop and been advised delivery with in 3 days for price of 56£ for flush, when aksed about the warranty been told will take to long, than said will sort it and again 2 weeks gone and nothing done...
All I want to say this company is a bunch of liers that sell cheap staff.
I had my previous bathroom from a private plumbing company and never had issues for 15 year, now I got 3 bathrooms done from easy bathrooms, and it all needs replacing after 2 years.
AVOID IF YOU DON'T HAVE SPARE CASH AND TIME TO WASTE!

Absolutely never order with easybathrooms. I am currently opening up a small claims due to what I believe is fraudulent behaviour.
Initially they delivered a faulty shower tray. Then the shower panels arrived without all 3 of the essential dimensions on the boxes which forced us to open the packaging to check it. We had been advised to order the wrong items and they then refused to exchange or refund. If they had printed the essential information on the box no opening would have happened but they have used this as a way of refusing an exchange. To add insult to injury they then charged £60 to pick up the remaining box which hadn't been opened. I have never experienced such awful service and our plumber also advised this is not a trusted or quality company. Beware of ordering
