They are fraudulent scammers and should be closed down. Only way to do that is to complain and keep putting complaints in with BBB. I tried getting funds back through them being polite, didn't work - go back to your financial institution. They will work with you and hit them with the fraudulent charges, and it will hit their bottom line! It will evidentially cause them enough pain to stop! And others will see enough of these to not order from them!

This site is a complete scam and should never be available. I set up an application to get a replacement social security cards for me and my family. After receiving them i noticed that many things on the applications were wrong and needed to be fixed. I requested a refund after finding out from the social security office doesnt need money to submit applications to receive new cards. When I called to request for a refund I was told that it was after a 10 day grace period and l was unable to get my refund. In know where did I see anything in the fine print it say anything like that. Not even in the receipt that they sent me did it say anything like that. This site is a complete SCAM stay away from it. If i could give a negative 5 stars I would.
It was an amazing experience, I was able to get my card on time and I received all my documents back. They also have a really good customer service and I'm so happy to have applied with them.
Thought I was getting a replacement Social Security card was sadly mistaken, but the catch is you don't realize you're getting scammed until after you pay. Once you pay and you try to dispute the charges, they make it unbelievably hard to do so I still have yet to receive a refund from a month ago when I was under the impression I was getting a card not an application that's pre-filled out with my information as if I can't do that on my own. They literally had me pay $65 to give them my information so they could send me an application with my information on it. Where is the logic?

This is a "service" that says it will help you ensure your application is correct (and CHARGE you for it), but THAT IS IT...They do not submit the forms, they do not track it, they do NOTHING else and you STILL HAVE TO PAY THE FEES TO APPLY FOR THE PASSPORT. DO NOT USE - go to the Dept of State website to apply for a passport and save your money for the actual passport.
