They sell the real deal and not grey market or recycled goods. They will try and sell you a warranty and their white glove service and I find that to be valuable. It is worth the piece of mind for me though I will admit I have never had to use a warranty on any tv that I have ever purchased. It does make it easier to sell your tv later on if you can show proof of a warranty.

You order your TV online and they will contact you telling you you really don't want that TV because it's made in Asia and is inferior what you really want is the panel made in Mexico but that's going to cost more money although they clearly print USA model with model number listed they still try an claim there are several TVs with that same model number and try to upsell you by spending more money when there's no differences and no multiple models of the TV they prey on uninformed customers you don't know any different and are fooled into spending more for the same TV but they're never going to sell it at the advertised price

We found a great deal on their website for the Sony 75 inch 4k TV as soon as I had placed the order on their site I received a phone call telling me that for $400 more I could get the 10 bit TV instead of the 8-bit TV I called Sony they said this was not true they told me the TV shipped on February 8th by February 19th I still have not received the TV I called to cancel my order was told there was no way I was canceling my order I finally had to go to my credit card company and file a dispute stay away from these scammers.
