Ordered bed frames May 24th 2024. ETA 1-2 weeks. Credit card charged instantly, not at time of shipping.
Then it took weeks to find out ETA another week or two then another week to learn it would take another four months to ship in October. And now we are back to non-responsive customer service... while I hope for refund. My brother loves his bed frames and had no issues but he went through Amazon.com.
