Terrible. Never received the product that I ordered. They charged my credit card. I have called and always get an answering machine. Cannot get a hold of them to find out what the problem is. The number that was listed with the bank charge does not even belong to this company! This site is obviously a scam!

I ordered the P90X on 7 Jan. My credit card was charged but I have not received my purchase. They did email me back saying that all shipments would go out at the end of the week, which was two weeks ago. I not going to be waiting by the mailbox. If you want to get ripped off, by all means, shop with them.

Ordered a discounted P90X on 12/31. My credit card was charged on 1/6. I first complained on 1/23. They responded to "be patient... they were "slammed with holiday orders - it will ship in 1 more week max". My second complaint was sent out on 2/7 with no response. It is now 2/14 and my order is still "being processd". Shipping was free... it should be... since they haven't sent anything!

I never received the product I ordered and payment was taken off my credit dard 6 days later. I emailed them six times and they said they would look into it, one time they said they would send it out a couple days later and I never received this was twenty days ago.
