Associates were inept and poorly trained. Advertised product was not in stock and another was priced incorrectly.
On December 15,2022, I bought a pair of Denali Boots from Dunhams Marion, Ohio store. While wearing them on June 8,2023, the sole on the left boot separated from the upper. This was less than 6 months after purchase. These were not worn everyday, only for hiking and wet weather. I returned to the store hoping that they could either replace, or at least provide some credit towards new boots. I was informed by the manager Pam, that they would do nothing to help me. I had purchased my last 3 boots, as well as firearms and ammunition from Dunhams. Not again. I will not patronize any business that won't stand behind the merchandise they sell.
They have everything. Farm, home, garden, clothes, and you name it's. I was surprised and so pleased. I live on the West Coast of the USA. I was visiting relatives in the Midwest when I found them. Now that I'm home I order on line :)
