My husband went online at amazon.com to order Astros gear and came across this seller that was selling a world series hat and decided to order it. They had it listed for $47.10 with $7.50 s&h and when we got the hat, the tag said $32. Amazon emailed them and their response was that the prices were different online and in store. They don't even have the hat online, I searched. I called them and no response. Amazon contacted the seller again and this is the response: The customer has given us a bad rating saying the cap is too big. If the customer has a small head then the buyer should have not order this cap or should have at least requested a return. The buyer complained about the price of the cap and shipping cost. We are not sure why the buyer ordered the cap if they did not want to pay that much. Basically the buyer is trying to bully us into reducing the price of the cap after they receive the cap. This is not fair. They are referring to the rating on amazon.com. We thought that's how much the hat was but when it arrives with a tag stating that it's $32, what would think. We are in no way, shape or form bullying anyone and the size that was ordered states that one size fits most. The response claims that it's not fair, what's not fair is that they ripped off by selling a $32 hot for $47.10, now THAT'S not fair. I wish I would've researched this store before we gave them our business.
