DuelCash doesn't pay out money that is won. They do pay out the small amounts like 25 cents and sometimes even $1 but when it comes to paying out anything larger than that you can count on not getting your payout. They will give you some lame excuse like their system had an error and the entry fee (25 cents) was refunded, even though it clearly says you won $30 on the history page. I can't believe I played on that site since it first began, and this is how they treated me. It is a total scam for sure!

I was going to include a screenshot of my proof but when I went into my game history that game had been erased. Figures!

Pretty Sure Duel Cash is a SCAM. Tried them out via an offer from Swagbucks so only deposited $10 and ended up getting $20 from Swagbucks so that's a win. Played a few games and still was able to retain my $10 on Duel Cash. Went to cash out and I've been getting strung along for a month and a half with no end in site. They want me to verify ID, Utility bill. They have had this info for over a month. Just process withdrawal to original payment method (Paypal) not too hard. So stay away to anyone looking to join the site.

A lot of people who won money got blocked on their first attempt to withdraw money, after they've send a picture of their ID.
Now, it seems that they stopped banning so easily, but now they created bots that will defeat you in 1v1 tornaments. You can recognize those bots by looking at their age, it will be ''0''. They will most likely win with only 5-10% more than your score.

If you want to play on here for free, go ahead, the games are extremely buggy, but very addictive and fun. But just know that if you decide to deposit and start winning, you won't receive any money and they'll eventually just block you for fraud and attempt to steal your identity.

If You want to play there for fun it's ok... they've free games every day... win some of those games and play with the money earned that way... don't give them your money because if You win your withdrawals will never be done.

I recently started using this website, and i'm absolutely hooked! The website has a great selection of games, and the competition aspect makes it even more fun. The website is well designed, and I appreciate that there are so many games to choose from. I havn't won any cash prizes yet, but I'm having a blast trying. Good for fun, but not for money. After 8 months playing, I do the the withdrawal for my USD 1100 earned, via Paypal. The FAQ say that the process take "5 to 7 business days". After 2 weeks, I write to support and they requested personal information and a video of me playing a game making a big highscore... I send all, and after 2 more weeks nothing happens. New ticket so Support, with 2 months of messages saying "sorry for the delay", but they never paid me.

This site claims you can withdraw your winnings anytime, I requested a withdrawal over 10 months ago and have received nothing. They claimed to need proof of identification 3 times which I have submitted. The latest documents they claim to need is a video of me playing a game. How is that needed as a form of identification? They have copies of my driver's license, of me holding my DL, a bank statement and a copy of a utility bill, that is all proof of my ID. They are just not going to honor my withdrawal.

Credits are not paid out, but stolen from Duelcash! The site is extremely poorly programmed, all games are full of bugs, no submenu can be clicked. There is no imprint, so you have no chance on any legal way to claim your money! Only personal data is collected here! All positive reviews here are fake; Stay away!

The withdrawal from print screen still did not arrive, since September 17th - and today is Dec. 23rd. And now in my account the €160.- just vanished. Statement of transactions is empty. Shame on you Duelcash!

I've been playing on this site for a while. Luckily I haven't put TOO much money into it, because the first time I tried to make a withdrawal (and a small one at that), it just never happened. Their FAQ section states: "withdrawals in DuelCash® are processed in 3 to 4 business days." So, I contacted support and was answered pretty promptly with very VAGUE replies ("[...] your withdrawal(s) will be processed in the next few business days."). When I pushed for what "few" means, I was answered with the same canned response.
But, overall many of the games are enjoyable and work well. But, some are a bit buggy. And, honestly sometimes they seem rigged. But, if you want to just play for fun, it's all right. Just don't give them money.
I am only giving one star because they are scamming people. If they weren't, I would give more.

Although the site still lacks things I think it is very good for its short time on the internet, much more is expected, but I still have a lot of fun with the games they have.

Their customer service is really good. Always attentive and understanding with technical problems, so you don't have to worry about losing any more than you already are.

I recommend playing on this site, it is 100% reliable, I have already been paid several times.
Whenever I sent questions their support was very friendly and their response time was less than an hour, which does not happen often on sites like this.

Have been receiving friends requests on my game site from people i do not know and they all linked to duelcash. Have had about 30 in the past 2 days. All were deleted. Even though not overjoyed with my current site i would not join another site, especially one that is pushy.

Games play fine. Customer support answers your question. I just get no response from my request to withdraw funds. So I stop playing and wait and wait. Anyone know how to get your winnings?

They blocked account when you win too much and want withdrawals, checked your documents two months and do nothing, cheaters.

They are scammers. They may pay out very small withdrawals, but as soon as you win big and try to withdraw, they claim you have to be vetted by the fraud department. After numerous months of promising me I would receive my winnings 'within a few days', they finally sent a fraction of it, promising to send the rest soon, which they never did.
Most of the time the customer support answers messages with the same copy-paste replies that clearly show they don't bother to read your text. Occasionally, I would receive an 'excuse' like claiming they are understaffed temporarily so there will be a delay. It's all BS. They strung me along for ONE AND A HALF YEARS, occasionally showing promise when I'd periodically (every few weeks or months) send messages. Then they had the fraud department contact me and demand documentation as well as for me to take a video of me playing the BINGO game in which I won over $500, and requiring me to reach a minimum high score they set. JUst asking that is ridiculous, but then every time I tried to do it, I'd get a bingo card in which such a high score is not possible. Total manipulators.

For months I kept quiet, then tried again...just to have them either ignore messages (for weeks) or send stupid repeat copy paste replies.

Yesterday, I sent them a message after they did not reply to numerous previous ones, saying simply: YOU ARE CRIMINALS and should be ashamed.

When I tried to sign in today to see if they replied, I found they had terminated my account, claiming 'user fraud' with no explanation of what fraud I was being accused of.

Don't give them money.
Don't waste time appealing for winnings.

The games are fun but only if you don't play with cash.

Fortunately, I did not put much money into the site. They sent me only $115 of the over $800 they had owed me. (It's so long ago, I can't recall the exact number but I believe it was like 878)

Duelcash.com sends spammers to competitor sites trying to recruit users. The approach is both annoying and dishonest. I would never give them my private information or my money.
