Bought a premier brushcutter 26; broke within an hour of use; customer assistance non-existant; second use transmission failed and the wheel fell off; THE WHEEL FELL OFF!; You are better off flushing your money down the toilet than buying something from these people; AVOID AVOID AVOID!

In the past I owned a power wagon for 25 years before selling it, which was excellent. I also bought a pull behind leaf vac which worked well but was too large and sold it. In fall of 2023 I bought a walk behind leaf vac. Almost immediately the bag tore due to poor design, which they replaced since it was newly bought. There was a recall which required shipping to a local dealer, costing me a pickup charge. One of the wire was cut, again due to poor design, and I ended up paying someone to repair this. The 2 small back tires, which guide steering have leaked since the beginning. I has them filled by a professional tire place yesterday and they are flat again! DR will not do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
My Dr Brush mower has lasted, with repairs for about 20 years with repairs (the good part). Parts replacement, especially cost is exorbitant. A replacement sprocket the size of a silver dollar was $17.00, OK I needed it. But the cost to mail to me, 2 states over from them, cost $12.00, mailed sure post ( the cheapest and slowest service) and took over a week to get to me. This would make me think twice to ever buy a machine from them again.
