I ordered a dress for my prom from dressy women and then the craziest thing happened- every time i tried to get on the website it said that the server could not be found so immediately I was afraid because I thought I waisted $200 on a scam. Then when I was looking for the website i came across some really really awful reviews and i got even more afraid. A lot of the bad reviews had to do with their wedding dresses and maybe that's why I lucked out. After I placed my order I was asked when my event was so that they could get my dress to me on time and my dress came 12 days before the date I told them. In the pictures the dress did look a little more pink toned than It really is but besides that I'm really really happy with my order. I'll add the image of the dress shown on the website and on me.

I ordered a dress for an event 2 months in advance and it didnt arrive till 2 week AFTER the event happened. Not only did the 3-7 days shipping was a lie, so was the size. It had to be ripped off of my because it was stuck and the stitching was so cheap it was popping already. Only reason I even ordered off this site was the event was a wedding, I was maid of honor, and that's what the bride picked. Honestly I'd be more upset if the wedding actually happened as planned. COVID-19 had made the bride and groom elope so that's a thing. Never will buy anything off line like this ever again. I'm looking at this as a warning and so should the rest of yall.

This Company should be shut down! If I could rate 0, I would! It states that you only pay once for shipping, and you have 30 days to return no questions asked. I paid for shipping to be delivered to me, so I thought shipping back (if needed) would be covered. Boots did not look at all like website showed, and were made very poorly, did not fit correctly. I Wanted to return, They said I would have to pay for shipping to return and would be very expensive and would recommend I take a voucher of $18.00 to buy something else, or buy the same boot at a discount! Why would I want the same horrible boot again. These people are crooks and should not be able to sell merchandise. False advertising because you cannot return and get a refund!

I ordered Dress it did not fit have been trying to return and it's been email after email after email do not order from here PLEASE save your time and money now I'm stuck with a dress that does not fit and out 300 dollars

All our dresses in US Standard size are made by the professional US Standard model. Could you tell us which part of the dress does not fit? Please take some photos which measure the bust, waist and hips size of this dress with a ruler, as the picture below. Let's see the numbers on the ruler and the dissimilar area you mentioned clearly, We need to see if it's our fault caused this matter so that we can provide the solutions.

I bought a dress fully aware that it would not be as nice as the picture on their website but thought for the price, it was worth the risk in the case that it was anything like the dress pictured on their website - HOWEVER I was SO SO SO wrong. The dress they sent looked nothing like the picture on their website whatsoever. I complained and they offered a partial refund of 1/5th of the price I had paid - so very unhappy but felt I didn't have any other options than to take it.
I would not risk buying anything from this site as they are extremely misleading in the pictures they post up - found/stolen from Instagram, Tumblr, etc. I have uploaded 3 pictures for proof.

Was told dress would be here by May 6 for an event on May 10. When it didn't show up, I emailed and asked what the status is of the dress was and they replied with "we just started making your dress, it will be there May 28". I told them to stop making it and refund my money, and was told they would refund 70% because they already cut their fabric and I have to pay for that. There is no phone number to call, emails don't get responded to for days (and it sounds like a toddler wrote them, not very reassuring for a business). I told them I want a full refund since I was told it would be here on a certain day and all I keep getting back is reasons why they are not accountable. Thank god for PayPal handling the situation.

There are so many other businesses out there that sell nice dresses, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a two-piece from here and it was absolutely beautiful everything i wanted and more! The quality is great. The only thing that caused some suspicion was when i went to try and track the dress it still said "processing order" mind you they said it would be here in 5-7 business days and it came almost three weeks later. I tried contacting them to see when will my dress come and no one responded and it just magically showed up. When the dress got to my house everything was perfect except the top was too small. I tried going to alteration places and one lady tried charging me $150 and i paid $141 on dressywomen.com The other lady refused to do it. I have contacted them like 5 times and still no response and my prom is may 4th :(

DO NOT WASTE your money! I was skeptical, but my daughter had her heart set on this dress for senior year of homecoming and we could not find it anywhere else. When the dress finally arrived It was a completely different color the lace was thicker than a Doily. It looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. The zipper was practically impossible to get up. Also, there was a small hole in the seam of the arm. I asked for a refund and they told me I would have to pay for shipping back to China. That would've cost me $94.00. If the package were to get stopped in customs I would've had to pay for that too! Ridiculous! I ate the cost of 177.00. Don't make the same mistake!

PLEASE READ I ordered a dress may 15 for my prom on June 6 I paid 30 dollars extra for fast shipping and still my dress came a day after my prom and thats not even the worst thing when I opened my package it was a completely different color and style and me being a girl with wide hips I customized the dress and paid an extra 20 dollars and I purposely made it bigger just Incase I can always Alter it but still it was too small when I askd for a refund they refused and I forgot to mention when I emailed them multiple times to see where my dress was they kept say we are just now starting your order I have all the emails and screenshots so please do not waste your money on this website

Ordered a custom fit dress and it came in way to big! Also the fabric was really thick and the zipper sticks and is hard to pull up. The customer service is horible basically acused me of breaking the zipper, and told me that it was sewn to the measurements. I guess this company never ever makes a mistake. No refund was allowed and the email corespondents was rude and not timely! I gave one star only because there is no option for no stars. I will never ever waste my money again. Should have read reviews before shopping with this company.

I bought a dress from them based on a picture on their website and selected color as shown on the picture which was a dusty rose/violet color. The dress that arrived wasnt the color (it was off white) wasnt the style and definitely was not the dress at all. I emailed their customer service and requested a return and stated that it was not the right color nor the dress I ordered. They requested photos which I quickly sent. Their reply (which was always at least 24 hours later because of he time difference) was sorry We cant refund you because the quality of the dress is ok and the photography light is why there is a difference in the color. Total bs. They said they will return $45 of the $115 I spent or I can return it but the shipping will be on me and $100 to return to China and in which case they will only return $80.45. Beware! Their customer service was awful to deal with and they will NEVER fully return the dress if you are not satisfied!
