My daughter ordered same dress in 2 sizes with intention to return the one that didn't fit. We received them and she didn't like either of them and we are now stuck with both! They will not let me return them and I just received them 3 days ago! They are not a good company. Stay away!
I wish I had researched this company more. I paid extra to have my dress made to my measurements and when it arrived it was made so badly. I am unable to wear it. I contacted them and at first they offered me $15! After many emails I finally gave up at $50, I paid $185 in total. I will try and tell as many people as possible about them and how awful their after sales service is. If you have a dress made to your measurements there is no come back, even if its their fault. Dont whatever you do order a dress from them. It also does NOT look like the photo.
Avoid! Sent me a dress with a broken zipper would not return or exchange. Biggest waste of time and money! Taylor wasn't able to fix dress I ended up spending $133 on dress and $40 to fix it and now it's going in trash! Never worn
PLEASE READ I ordered a dress may 15 for my prom on June 6 I paid 30 dollars extra for fast shipping and still my dress came a day after my prom and thats not even the worst thing when I opened my package it was a completely different color and style and me being a girl with wide hips I customized the dress and paid an extra 20 dollars and I purposely made it bigger just Incase I can always Alter it but still it was too small when I askd for a refund they refused and I forgot to mention when I emailed them multiple times to see where my dress was they kept say we are just now starting your order I have all the emails and screenshots so please do not waste your money on this website
They are really bad. The color and material is not at all how it looks on the site. They shipped someone else's dress to me. I had to ship the dress to the correct customer. My dress didn't arrive until a day before the event. I had to buy another dress. The worst customer service ever. They will communicate with you by email only.
My daughter found a dress on this site for a high school dance. It shipped in the time limit they said it would. I after I ordered it read some reviews and panicked but honestly she loves the dress. We just need to have it shortened. But when buying offline and not trying it on you have to expect that. I wanted to write this review to make some moms feel better in case they are waiting on that dress :)
My daughter fell in love with a dress here. I ordered it and then started researching reviews. I'm glad I waited. We got her dress and it's BEAUTIFUL! I will say I was scared! Lack of communication made me worry that it was a scam... but 3-4 weeks after ordering we received her dress. It's very well made and beautiful. Also very true to size. I was worried it would be small... but we actually need to have it taken in a little.
I did have to email to get info on my order, but I received my dress in record time after they responded (about 2 days). It does need to be altered but my seamstress says it's no problem. Over all, not bad. I would definitely order again.
We ordered this for a prom - this dress is beautiful, beyond my expectations when i opened it up - fits pretty true to size -- ordering a 10 just to be sure.
The fabric, color and beading are exceptional, i am more impressed with this dress than what we have been through in local bridal shops.
I would recommend this to anyone out there buying prom dresses - insane to spend $550 on a dress to wear once when you an get this dress with all of the color choices and tasteful look for a teenager.
We ordered a coral and grey dress - i cancelled the grey because this was just too beautiful of a color and ordered another size up to be sure of the fit for the price it is definately worth it. I will be ordering this dress in a different color for senior banquet next year for sure.
I was very scared after i read the reviews but kept in contact and the dress arrived just a few days late. I opened the dress expecting a frayed dress that would look terrible, but ended up with the beautiful dress I ordered. It fits my daughter perfectly and is simply gorgeous. Thank you DressyWomen!
We were skeptical to purchase my daughters sweet 16 dress online, without seeing it in person. The dress came and it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures... very well made. My daughter is so happy!
I really enjoyed shopping thanks to them. Great service, acceptable shipping time and really big choice of dresses. Dresses have really great quality and price is acceptable for everyone's budget. If you want to look stunning on your party or wedding, I highly recommend to everyone.
I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it arrived it was the wrong size. Per the website the return policy is that theey will issue a full refund and "the shipper will commit to shipping fees."
It's taken a week of negotiating with them to accept a return of the dress and now they are stating that I have to pay for the return shipping.
Don't support this company.
You absolutely will not be able to return the dress if you are not happy with it. There is no way to contact them. There is no phone number. If you email them it takes them days to get back to you. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this out of the country website.
Avoid if you do not wand to be tricked. Product coming from China, will came something else and in order to recover the money from Paypal, you have to ship back the dress to China.
Look somewhere else and you save your time and money.
This is ridiculous no one responds to emails even through PayPal. My daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and I paid a lot to rush the order and still nothing. This is the worst company and FYI don't use the same dress through other companies online they use the same vendor. This is a nightmare! Do not buy from this company!
I placed my order on Feb 18th and I still have not received my dress. I have a wedding coming up March 17th and it's March 6th and my dress still hasn't arrived. I have been trying to communicate with them since last Thursday and no reply. I had to purchase another dress just in case my order doesn't arrive in time. It has been a very frustrating experience, needless to say.
I wish I could give them a rating below 1. Ordered thinking that what the website stated about 3-5 business days would hold true. It did not. After 6 business days I contacted them and said it was about ready and I'd get tracking info when it shipped. Never heard or got a thing. Emailed again and again to finally get email saying it shipped and to email back for tracking info if I didn't get it. Of course I didn't get it, so I emailed and emailed and what do you know I get a tracking number 2 days later. BUT it was just a shipping label, not a tracking order. Ugh. So upset. Homecoming is in two days and now we are scrambling to find a dress. I have requested my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. A total joke.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The dress came dirty and the slits dont line up in the two fabric layers. The dress also came way to big. They told me I cant return as it is a customer order. I advised I didnt ask fior the slits not to line up nor the dress to be dirty. Now I dont hear back from them. Disgusting service. There just to take your money and send you junk
I was very skeptical of this website due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews but I had very little money to spend on a prom dress and I needed it as soon as possible. There was a Sherri Hill dress I wanted sooooo badly but did not have the $800 to spend on it and when I was searching for the dress, this website came up with a look alike. I did not care what the brand was and didn't mind if it wasn't exactly a like the Sherri Hill one so I ordered from here. It came in very quickly, like they said it would. I was getting nervous because there was no way to get tracking details but its okay because it arrived perfectly. The dress is absolutely beautiful, much better than expected. Its fit was true to size as well. I would totally order another dress from here if I were to go to prom again. I will recommend this company from now on! (Yes I know it looks like a wedding dress hahaha)
