I'm going to try my best to let everyone know on every website I can find about how horrible this company is. I ordered a wedding dress approximately a month ago from dress-market. When it arrived, the dress looked nothing like what I ordered. I contacted customer service immediately and they asked me to submit pictures of the dress, which I did. They replied with an admittance that the dress was different and stated that the dressmaker thought it was too simple and wanted to make it "flashing" by adding tacky sparkly beading and omitting the lace and sash. They offered a 10% discount code off my next order which I could not believe they had the nerve to offer, as if I was so stupid I would ever order from them again. As of today, there have been more than 20 emails back and forth in which someone called "Jaly" has been literally begging me to keep the dress and each email I am offered a discount or $10 refund. All of their contact information on the website directs you to only one person in customer service. They will not let you speak to management. They refuse to give you a return address to return the product. I can't believe a company this shady is still operational. I am going to file a complaint with whomever will listen. Don't be naive like me and make sure you read reviews of internet shopping before you make your purchase.
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE! After paying extra for priority shipping to have my dress arrive in time for an important graduation ceremony the dress was not dispatched till much later and after contacting customer service they accused that I had put down the wrong address and phone number when my receipt and order transaction definitely had the correct details! Furthermore I wrote an email of complaint about the lack of service and professionalism in dealing with the delay as well as not being impressed about their accusations and their exact words of response were "you made a mistake" followed by a one sentence email. I am extremely disapointed I wont even be expecting my dress to arrive in time as to this day, its still not here! It is the most rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. DO NOT make the mistake of ordering from dress-market.com Do your research and find a more legitimate, professional website to order from!

I chose the custom made dress and was really nervous in case the measurements were wrong. I chose not to have the extra 2 inch added to the length as i was going to Greece to attend a beach wedding. It was absolutely fabulous when it arrived even though I had an extra charge for delivery which I was not informed of. I had numerous compliments on the dress and can honestly say it made me feel special.
I have tried several sellers online for dresses for my bridesmaids, they were all terrible. Finally I bought this one in watermelon from dress-market and it was just perfect! Couldn't be happier. Dress is the right size, sits beautifully and is sewn to look just like the picture (unlike dresses I tried from other sellers). Colour and fabric are just gorgeous too. Delivery time was fantastic. Here I bought a dress for my daughter for prom and it is absolutely beautiful. She typically wears a size 4 but we got the size 2 and it fit wonderfully, just needed a hem. The back is stunning and the price was excellent compared to that in specialty stores. I bought two sizes and returning the size 4 to the store was so easy! Strongly recommended!
