I was horrified when I got my orders. The dresses were awfully sewn, complete joke, the material used were just some cheap, see through, shoddy material clothing, most of all it didn't fit. My body was itching after trying to put it on. The hemming were rough like an animal. When I tried to get into the account I created it appeared I was blocked and my account could not be found online. I emailed customer service, they took 5 to 10 days to respond. The first time they apologized asked me to describe the problem. The second time they responded with offer of partial refund. The next time they ask you to pay for the shipping return, including the packaging it came with. Goodness me... please watch out
Delivery took almost one and a half months longer than what they said it would take and when I wanted to cancel my order they said "how about you have some patience?" and when I said I have never encountered such bad customer service and kept asking for a refund, they kept saying my items will arrive soon and used this mantra in every email "Hope you are doing well today. I pray this email finds you well and blessed"
I bought a dress that was advertised as embroidered. When I finally got the dress is was the weirdest material, and no embroidery. Instead it was pixelated embroidered pattern. So ugly! They will not accept my return and instead told me to represent their clothing or pay almost $50 in shipping it back to China. This company is a major scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am looking to reporting them the better business bureau. It's looks possible even though they are a china scam company. There's a way to block these companies in the US with enough backlash. Or just drive them out of business by NOT buying from them.

I bought a dress here and the dress was Great! We nearly did the custom fitting at that point chose not to and the dress was an immaculate fit! The dress was so delightful and significantly more so on my little girl! At whatever point we require a dress this is the place we will buy it from. Much obliged to you for helping us make her unique day significantly more extraordinary!
I ordered 2 items from Stagesmile, the quality was terrible, doesn't look like on the photos. I returned, but the items never reached the recipient so I got them back. They are sending robotic replies, so I suggest You not to offer from them, save Your money.
BEWARE! Better Business Bureau reports that this is Chinese Company therefor they cannot receive complaints on this business. The websites for some reason have an American Flag along the top menu bar. The only thing American is the warehouse which is the return address. Beware! The company also runs the website ZoeSweet.
Do NOT buy from this company! Their positive reviews are FAKE... I bought from them on an advertisement in Instagram... Beautifully advertised dresses, WITH a size chart to order from. The size chart is a LIE, because these dresses come from CHINA and their sizes are for midgets! I hate a thief and a liar. THAT is what they are!

Keep far away, don't spend your hard earned money buying from this site. I ordered a beautiful dress illustrated on the web site but what I received was a complete and utter joke, cheap and nasty and when I complained they refused to acknowledge there was an issue and refused a refund. You end up with a very expensive rag.
I did the same as most of the other bad comments about them. Custom made only to find it didn't fit at all, couldn't get it over my hips even. Dressmakers comments when show was that it could not be fixed. Asked for refund but was told same thing, discount on next purchase. Friend bought from same and had same problems she had 8 layers of chiffon, and felt like a sauna! To say nothing of their shoddy workmanship. Never again
I have never seen a dress so cheap. Its completely see through and was suppose to be sage but was baby blue. And the people to return waited to respond 10 days later.
DON"T ORDER FROM CHARMFRO! First they sent the package with an incomplete address and it took weeks before I was able to get the dress. Then it was WAY to small and was made of cheap, shabby looking fabric. Also it was NOT the color pictured and had long sleeves instead of half sleeves. I have emailed customer service twice with a return request and they won't respond. I wish I had read reviews before I wasted my money here.
These products come from China, take over a month to deliver and although it states free returns, there is NO way to return these to the China office. Save your money - oh and quality is terrible!
I ordered a dress, Thy made it the completely wrong size! When I asked for a refund thy kept offering me discounts to buy a new dress from them! Unfortunately I was forced to buy a new dress from them because no tailor would touch my dress! The new dress I ordered still costed me $150 and never arrived! Don't go through this dress website!
Couldn't agree more with all the reviews about Allinshoe.com except for the 5 Star fake reviews. This so called Company is an absolute joke! BEWARE ANYONE THINKING OF PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM... KEEP YOU MONEY OR THEY WILL TAKE IT and in my case not even bother to send the item I had ordered. I have been corresponding with them via email since July when my order had not arrived after 6 weeks. It was only then that they told me it was not available. I have been attempting to have the money for this fake item refunded ever since. I guess that will never happen but I take comfort in knowing that this review might stop someone else from being scammed by these rogues.
Do not do not please do not even look or think to order anything from this website. They are frauds. I had order my dress and pay $40 extra to get the dress delivery in 10-15 calendar day. After 15 days I asked them where is my dress they said it still under tailoring. After 1months they e-mail me they don't have the colour I want and they are going to do in different colour. I have ask for refund because it been too long. They only give me back $28.50 for what I paid $344. Bad company

I ordered my brides dress for here and asked it to be made without a train. It came with a train and cheap shoddy material that looks like a curtain and nothing like the picture. When I submitted a complaint they wanted pictures which I sent. They insisted there wasnt a train but the back is longer than the front and it drags along the ground which the pictures even showed. They have insisted i keep the dress and they will give me 5% refund. I am now $480 out of pocket without a dress for my big day. Appalling service and workmanship.

It is my opinion that all the 5 star reviews on this company are fraudulent JUST LIKE THIS COMPANY IS. Ignore the "positive" reviews and pay careful attention to the critical ones. This site is a scam. As with all the other negative posts, there are beautiful pictures on their websites but the end product is cheap and badly made. When I offered to return the dress in exchange for a refund (less shipping fee) they came back with a pathetic story of not being able to pay workers and offered a 5% refund. A joke and complete rip off. These people are thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. BUYERS BEWARE.
