I DIDN'T CARE FOR THE COLOR OF THE AZURE BLUE STONE. I ASKED WHEN I TALKED TO YOU IF IT WAS LIKE A CRYSTAL STONE OR OPAL LOOKING. I ORDERED A SAMPLE OF DARK RED AND SUMMER BLUE AND ASKED IF IT WAS LIKE THOSE STONES, BECAUSE I DIDNT LIKE THE OPAQUE LOOK. AND DIDN'T WANT THAT KIND OF STONE. IT'S NOT CLEAR LOOKING THAT'S FOR SURE. YOU SAID LIKE A CRYSTAL, BUT ITS NOT REALLY. IT'S THE SAME TEXTURE OF THE SAMPLE STONES I ORDERED. NO PROBLEM NOW I KNOW JUST WON'T ORDER AGAIN THOSE COLORS. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE TO SPEAK WITH.

I did find picking products to be a bit difficult, but it all worked out. Because the email with the confirmation request arrived so quickly, I thought the shipment would be delivered within 24 hours. It wasn't, but it arrived today (2/5/2018), which is fine since it was actually shipped on 2/2. I was happy with the packaging, which was quite secure. Also appreciated that separate items were put in different little bags and labeled, making it a lot easier to verify the shipment. I did learn something that you might want to note: that double AB coating on the Swarovski bicone beads can fool you: I had ordered several different colors with that coating and just looking at them I thought there was a mistake: they looked the same. Then I held one little bag up to the light and realized they were indeed different colors. When the beads sit so that the light is reflecting directly off that coating, you don't really see the colors underneath. I'm glad I checked!
