I received the items very quickly. I was very satisfied with my purchase experience.
I ordered certain buttons that later I learned were doscontinued. They should've been taken off the website!
I would not recommend dreamtimecreations.com. The crystals I received were poorly packaged and very scratched. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent replacements that were well packaged, however the crystals were still very scratched which suggests that they were scratched before they shipped. The customer service was wonderful, but the quality control was not good.
Product and pricing are outstanding. I am looking forward to ordering more in the near future.

I love Swarovski Crystals. Hotfix 2038 and 2078 are the perfect special effect I need to the bows I make. I'm never disappointed. The quality is superb.
