They sent me an extra 18x13mm aquamarine cusihion stone as a gift, which is an expensive rhinestone. The order was exactly right, and received less than 5 days after I ordered.

These stones are so beautiful. They sparkle like no other I've seen. I have no problems with ordering again in the future and would be proud to use my stone in my nail art.
I do have to say that not being able to sign in or change my password is worrisome. I'm not able to confirm wether or not that I did indeed receive the complete order. I did ask for help and received information that you'd be tracking my order for me. That really didn't help. I'd rather do that for myself. I hope we can work together on this problem.
