Love your company and the fast delivery!
I tried contacting the customer service but they did not respond to my inquiry. I noticed that I had ordered some non-hot fix Swarowsky rhinestones and wanted to change the order or return them but no one responded to my inquiry. I understand that it was my mistake in ordering those crystals and not noticing they were not hot fix but I would like to resolve this problem or else lose $60.00 +
The prices are great - the customer service is normally good - there must be some glitch here.
I have two packets of 1440 crystals I cannot use as they are not hot fix, I would like to return them and exchange them for the hot fix kind.
All my other dealings with Dreamtime Creations have always been exemplary. The staff are always courteous and helpful and their products are always excellent.

Your website says free shipping, but then you charged me for shipping. I want my money back, please.
I was surprised but not concerned that 4 of my 6 packages came in little plastic containers and two came in plastic bags, but upon examination, all looked the same, so not a problem. Leslie
