I've been dealing with another composing (Fire Mountain Gems) for many years and was so dissatisfied with the fact that they had what I needed on backorder, forced to go with 2nd choice ~~greater than
- totally no good, have to return
- place 3d order, still no good, returning...
- all this, plus forced to pay $5.00 shipping EACH TIME...now 3 weeks+ later I have to make av trip to Fed Ex & pay return shipping!

25mm acrylic flatback rhinestones are bigger than I thought and tops not nice looking.
I ordered the wrong item. The color is different and the size is too small. Wish the sizing were easier to figure out online. Because I was ordering pendants/teardrops, it was difficult for me to figure what "size" really meant. Trying to replace 2 rhinestones that fell out of sparkly sandals. Will try again. Overall the website was great and your selection was amazing. I'm sure your larger customers have it all figured out.
