I don't mean to be difficult, but I was certain that when I joined Dreamstime several years ago, once we purchased an image we were able to use it at a future date without additional charge. I'm not liking the idea of paying for something twice, but, to be honest, if I think about it from the providers POV, it makes good sense.
Dreamstime has been loyal and fair to their contributors. This encourage to upload more content to benefit the company and their contributors.

The download plans are confusing and though I have 300+ images credits banked I can't pause my.membership or I can't download them.
