I placed an order for a pair of Ray Ban RB3448 014/51 on Sat 7/16. I was informed just yesterday, 7/25 (9 days from original order date) that "the size/color of the item... has been discontinued from production & is no longer available for sale". Well perhaps they should have taken that off their sites. No manufacturers will discontinue any products without informing their customers. For dreamshades to take 9 days to find out it has been discontinued doesn't sound too convincing to me. In addition, why is this product still showing up on dreamshades after they told me RayBan "discontinued" it?

Will not consider them again. I suggest you avoid doing business with this company.

I ordered a pair of Ray Bans on July 1. I received an email on the 6th telling ne they have begun processing my order and it ahould be ready to ship in another 5-7 days! On the morning of the 12th I still had received no notification of any activity so I emailed them telling them to cancel my order. I just received an email 36 hours later telling me that the order has just gone out. This is the crappiest customer service ever. I ordered something from Amazon on the 9th, no expedited shipping and it was already delivered today. How DreamShades can be in business is beyond me. Saving a few bucks is not wortth it. Do not use this site EVER!

In terms of order processing, payment, email notification with tracking #, and receipt of merchandise - they did a Great a Job...
HOWEVER, After thoroughly inspecting the pair of Ray-Ban Sunglasses I purchased - they were NOT the Real thing. A very good replica, but definitely not the real thing.
This company is advertising genuine brands but are actually selling you/sending imitation/fake replicas.

I should of just ordered directly from known merchant. SMH..

Ordered a pair of glasses on the 15th, received a shipping notification on the 17th and received it today. I bought a pair of Gucci for my girlfriend and she loves them. I thought the color is bit weired but she loves them :) The box the came in was a bit torn but i guess it happened while in transit. The glasses were intact and came in the original gucci case, lens cloth and a original soft leather case. There was also a UPC code on the package, which i checked online and the product matched the code on other sites as well. I'm satisfied

I was a bit unsure about buying my prescription ray bans from them considering all the reviews here but i gave them a chance anyway and i have to tell you i had a great experience. I received an email within a day notifying me of the order status and asking for verification of prescription a days later. The glasses arrived on the 10th day, which is not bad for prescription glasses. The best news is that i saved $175 over my local optical shop. Overall - communication was clear, order shipping times were as described and the quality of the glasses and lenses are superb.

Awful awful awful. This site is a fraudulent website. Takes a long time to receive a response. Order was placed in February and they guaranteed receipt within 10 days. We are now in late March and they have not provided any answers as to what the delay is. I am typically extremely patient, but their lack of care and customer support is pathetic. Do NOT purchase items from this website. They have been reported to the better business bureau and are being investigated for fraudulent actions.

On first impression, this website looks absolutely dodgy. I was very nervous but couldn't resist the cheap prices. Luckily the glasses frames I recieved was authentic and as I expected. I am very happy with this purchase.

1 bad thing was thatthey never told me my order was out of stock until I emailed them after waiting 1 week. They replied 2 days later. This is rather sub standard customer service. I ended up recieving my order after 3 weeks.

I recommend dreamshades fix up the look of their website to make it look more legit and speed up their communications. Otherwise very good prices and large range overall.

I do not like to give negative reviews, however, the product recieved was defective, ie missing a Polo logo. It does function, but it is not perfect. It took 3 weeks to deliver, and the customer service was very slow. I asked for a replacement but they said its on back order. Finally, 4 months passed by and finally they asked me to find another similar style. Which I felt might not be any better. I think they tried to work with me but ultimately I was not fully satisfied. You usually get what you pay for any business. I now have a pair of Polo glasses that is missing a logo but it functions. They were not willing to give me a discount nor give me an answer as to when the back order will arrive or if it ever will. Major let down.

I waited over a month for my item to be shipped to me. On arrival, my "gucci" frames were definitely not GUCCI. Obviously a fake. I wish there was a way for me to upload the glasses they sent me, you would be in awe. It is not even something slight that I could overlook. There were major defects on both sides of the glasses. I had a horrible experience with this website and I would not recommend. They sell fakes for high prices.

If you are looking for easy returns, no hassle for your money back... and avoid filing dispute with your credit card... Do not use this website... I ordered from 2 different. Com websites and the funny thing is that one of them came from Hong Kong... they said strategic location. Bla bla Fake... Both. Com website sold me the exact replicas in a plastic bag with a plastic that said SAFILO. I called SAFILO and they do not sell to online business. They only deal with brand name glasses from big retailers like Macys, blomingdales, etc. and just in case i asked them to find their name on their system. And nothing!. I wrote to customer service and i would not like to deal with them. Be aware some brand name product online like this one are not a good business.
