Fiance is in love with the dress although i can't see it just yet. She was supper excited. Only concern is for US customers paying online, Once I did, my bank blocked my card and i had to call them to authorize the transaction. Not a big deal. Perhaps having a paypal button would help.

I am happy. Now i have my dress!. The delivery takes two days more than it was predicted. The dress looks exactly at the picture only it need some fixes because the back neckline is little big. The dress is a clone of designer dresses at a fair price!

Oh boy. Here goes nothing. Let me start by saying I AM NOT A HIRED BLOGGER! (though I'm sure some will swear I am.) I'm a mom with a junior in high school that found a dress she loved on this site. And I loved the price. And the fact that for a little extra I could have it here on time. AFTER placing the order I checked some reviews for the site (yah, I know after was pretty stupid on my part). Not gonna lie, after reading reviews I was completely freaked out! I sent the company a few emails, and never got a response. I have never been so stressed in my life! At last I received an email that stated the dress was on it's way. A little relief came over me... but then I couldn't help wondering what the dress was going to look like. The dress arrived (a couple days EARLIER than expected) in a little tiny bag. More panic... BUT after I took it out I finally breathed a sigh of relief! The dress was beautiful! Granted it did need a trip to the cleaners to be steamed. But in the end I had a VERY happy teenager. And that makes me a happy mama! If I can figure out how to post pics. I will do so!

I got my dress and it just ran a little small but fixable. I know a lot of people are scared of ordering products from china, but it was a good price and good dress.

You can find many things at cheaper costs compared to other retail stores. It's very easy to more around the site and find what you need.

The dress I got was beautiful. Although it was not exactly the dress on the picture, when I got it, it was more gorgeous. The dress I ordered was made of jersey and had a slit up the side with small jewels on the neckline. The dress I got was made of chiffon, had a train, and had large jewels on the neckline. However, besides this it was the same design and exactly the color I ordered. Also, it fit perfectly (I sent them my measurements). I received it, custom-made from China, in a month, which is pretty amazing. I would recommend this website if you want to make sure the dress fits however don't expect it to look exactly like the picture because every dress is custom made and the business is made by copying dresses from designer websites. Personally, I had a fantastic experience with my prom dress. Thank you DreamProm! You made me feel like a princess :)

Well I had a hard time loodking for a prom dress in stores so I decided to go online. That's when I saw this website. I saw the price of this BEAUTIFUL dress and bought it immediately. I ordered it on April 14 and got it on May 6,4 days earlier than my suggested arrival date. It got here early! Thumbs up! Now the reason why they get four stars is because the beading Isnt bad, but it looks like a home made dress at the top. Also when I order the dress to be orange expecting only the bottom to be orange and the top to stay white but the top was orange too: (. I wouldn't order from here again though. Too stressful

I bought a dress for my daughter for her prom coming up this June 2015. We did a custom order and when the dress arrived it was too small. However, it was very well made and worth the price we paid. I contacted the company and they gave great customer service. They always returned my emails the next day and sent photos of how to measure the dress to confirm that it wasn't made the correct size. They responded once they saw our photos and agreed it was made too small and offered to pay for our local alterations. Fortunately, they left lots of room in the seam allowances for the dress to be let out. The credit for the alterations was applied to my credit card promptly. I was very pleased with how they handled the situation and the quality is great for the price. Sure beats what they are charging at local prom shops for designer dresses that are only worn for 5 hours.

Dress arrived before expected and made to exact size great service

I wanted to give this company 5 stars, but I know that way, it would seem too sketchy. I made the mistake of ordering my dress before reading reviews on the website, and I immediately panicked about it. I messaged live support asking when my order could possibly get here by. My prom is May 29, and I ordered April 21 (late for dress shopping, I know). I messaged live chat on April 24, and they said that my order was already shipped out. I was confused since my earliest arrival date was May 8, and latest date was May 22. It had only been 3 days and my custom made dress was already shipped. Live chat told me that they would email me a tracking number within the next 24 hours. And they did. The shipping process began in China, and took no more than 2 days to get to Canada. I ended up getting the dress April 28, a week after I had ordered my dress. The dress comes in a cheap plastic bag, with the dress folded inside out to prevent any of the embellishments from falling off or being damaged. I tried on the dress, worried that they would just ship me a size 2 (I'm very short and tiny so I had to get a custom size a little smaller than 2), and it fit me according to the measurements that I gave them. I am very pleased with my order from them, although live chat was a little difficult to talk to. I'm not sure how others could have experienced such a bad time with this website but I am super happy about mine! I know it sounds too good to be true that mine came custom sized and colored in a week since I've ordered it, considering I didn't pay for rush shipping like they asked, but I had a great experience with them!

I love my dress! It fitted very well but it was too long due to the fact that i am short!

You cannot speak to a live representative only via email. I ordered the dress for my niece on March 3rd the website stated I would have it by March 19th but once the order was placed it was pushed back until April 3rd. I contacted them and they did respond within 24 hours they worked with me and assured me I would have it on time. The dress arrived March 18th which was a day ahead of the original schedule.

I was nervous when the package came because ordering off line can be tricky especially a wedding dress, but the moment I opened it I gasped and I was so pleased. The gown is absolutely gorgeous! It is so much prettier then the picture more elegant then I even expected. Very well made. I am greatly pleased with the dress, the service, and the delivery.

Im actually pretty satisfied with the dress I ordered. I thank you guys for making my prom dress how I wanted it. The only thing I don't like is the stitching, there's some strings falling out and not sewed on correctly but other than that I like it you guys just need to work on at least cutting the left over string from the stitching.

Prom dress arrived today and it's absolutely beautiful. It would be perfect if we could have specified the length of the skirt - seems such a waste to have to cut off six inches.

Ordering was easy online. I appreciated that they contacted me to verify measurements that sounded not quite right to them. I double-checked, changed one or two slightly, and my dress was off to production. Ordered the 30th of November and it arrived yesterday, the 12th of December, 8 days EARLY! It looks beautiful and fits well. I'd do business with them again.
