Gave DraftKings another shot after ditching it a year ago. The moment I logged in, the app shoved a "make a deposit" screen in my face—money zipped out of my bank faster than a 56k dial-up handshake. Cool, fine… except when I went to place my first bet, a pop-up demanded extra ID verification. Suddenly my cash was in limbo: no bets, no way to withdraw, and no "cancel" button. Tried the vaunted 24/7 support and got nothing but a chatbot stuck on the same three canned answers—felt like yelling at Clippy. End result: funds frozen, zero human help, déjà-vu frustration. Until DraftKings fixes the verification bottleneck and staffs real customer service, I'm parking my bankroll elsewhere.

Total scam they manipulate the odds and also lag on reporting scores. They will delay your cash out feature and also change keep the same odds posted even though the scores have changed. They do this on purpose so you can't make the most informed bets and purchases. They use AI technology to learn your specific algorithm and post the stats in the scores according to the data that they have retained. They are a scam don't waste your money

There was a bet that gave you pretty good odds of winning. Nothing was guaranteed but it felt like you had a chance versus the house. They removed the option for the bet. Which makes me realize why this lawsuit is valid. Everyone will say "oh the casinos are in it to make money" what is the gambler there for? To lose money? If I'm gambling I just want a fair game of chance. When it's realized that chance isn't in their favor Draftkings takes it away. Draftkings are HUSTLERS not gamblers.

I placed a soccer wager at Draftkings, watched the game and knew i clearly won the bet. I saw they graded it as a loss. I went and checked five different reputable soccer stat sites, which all showed that i should have won the bet. They produced what looked to be a hand typed sheet they made, showing completely different stats. The will go out of their way to not pay out winning bets. I've been with them for a long time, but will not use them anymore. The screenshots i attached clearly show 2 shots on target, they claim there was 1.

Awful company awful support awful experience! Added $600 to my account to realize that i can't moneyline bet which is fine because it's legal/state issue - immediately attempt
To withdraw to see that it's broken for my bank - support tells me to use another method. None of my debit cards were supported and their system that linked to my bank didn't function - had to request a PAPER check after all support said was to use a different method. (14 days to receive this) never been so frustrated with a companies experience in my life - stay away from this hell hole

I was part of DraftKings for about a year and now I have another account. I've been part of them for going on two years nowthey are thieves, a 100% thieves I've never won a $#*!ing thing and I bet probably damn near 100 grand I never cashed out any money. I did jackpot a few times, but now that's gone, and they have these other jackpots that you will never win and never be part of it. This isthe absolute worst casino I've ever been part of hands-down zero stars Stay the hell away from this these crooks.

My name is mark snyder and i have never had account with draft kings and my bank info got stoled and i contacted them and told them and got the run around and still getting the run around and they took 400 out of my account and they wont give it back this has been going on 3mos they took 400 from me and im barley making it and they dont care they are the WORST

My account was hacked and they played for 590.00 dollars. They told me it was hacked and closed my account. They refuse to give PayPal the money back. I got emails and text saying from them it was hacked. PayPal wants me to pay back but I refuse and draft kings won't answer me anymore.

They locked my dfs account for no reason
Wanted me to explain I why I closed my casino account 3 years earlier
Cannot talk or chat with anyone
They only do email
And the system is broke
Tried contacting on X
Said someone will get back to you in 4 hours
It's been 4 days and they will no longer respond on X
Answer their questions about the casino account and they disappear
Really is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed

You could bet $2,000 and may win $75. They are too busy paying celebrities to scam hardworking people. Oh and I just saw a lawsuit filed 2024 where their employees are watching and winning. I will never gamble with them. They do not deserve even 1 star. Anyone other gambiling company is better.

This site has ripped me off in so many ways in sports bets falsification of real live time scores when placing live bets. With casino deposit matches must be played 10× through sp if you deposit $100 and they match what ever percent you have to wager a couple grand in hopes you'll win something which 99.999% of the time you will lose. Maybe this is why there are class action law suits against them in NJ right now. Maybe one needs to be brought in PA as well. These crooks will never learn until the gambling commission investigates and hits them with fines so heavy it cripples them. If you want to throw your hard earned money away you can send it to me and I'll be happy to spend it. Cause I promise you won't win $#*! on drafting. Also customer service? What customer service it's horrible

Kind of sucks to have your car unlocked for 2 1/2 weeks already for 10 bucks 10 bucks where they $#*!ed up at OK if I roll the $10 let me know but all the money I spent in the money I have my account should've been clear right out of my account $10 but they won't even let me do that. They want me to deposit 10 more dollars so it $#*!ing sucks so I've been going to other places. DraftKings have been all right, but FanDuel probably be the next bet. We'll probably be the next place to go to.

Draftkings customer service is horrible. My account is locked and they asked me to send my ID with me holding it. I've sent it numerous times. The email response is never an actual person. Just a auto response. It's so fustrating! When I called it asks you to leave a voicemail and no one returns your call. This all happened as soon as I added money on my account. They rig their games to the point of predictability, the second the hand is dealt any player who has paid attention will know the outcome. Even when you have what would be a very high rate of winning hand the app has the dealer win by one. Complete fraud!

They are absolutely scam artists which means they are cheater's, please stay away from them. Just deleted my account because I was tricked very good, in the beginning of me playing which I I win a few times and was up over 1800 dollars on there casino app. Then boom I look up and now I'm down 2 thousand dollars in no time. Haven't won a bonus round or game in over 800 dollars straight scammer and they do control what you win and how much and when. Take your winning and run away from these crooks and please do not go back they are criminals there that basically steal your money when they are done let you win and will take everything back and then some. Please don't try them.

DraftKings live game is scam. They didn't pay me the winnings amount I email DraftKings supporters for help but they didn't show me interest and slots 🎰 machines are a scam, they claim 96% returns to players but that's a lie. They're making fools of people. Lives Casino is also a scam;.
My best advice is never to play live & slot machines. They're 100% fixed

First, I won on poker for 5k, they changed it to 15 dollars then blamed it on my internet, when the previous 100 games I never had that problem. Second I do alot of sports bets, everyone I have done says change odds when they update. I click the bottom it is yellow it places the bet, when after the odds changed I didn't want that bet. It submitted it anyways, and then they refused to work with me on it. They are not held accountable for there actions. Please run and use another betting service.

First. You will notice how you will feel absolutely $0 for a couple hundred spins... But after you list enough suddenly you got done winning spins. But never a big jackpot. Do you ask realize that's mathematically impossible!
2nd their financials are totally off. They say I only lost $3k last month. Even you actually look at my bank account I deposited $30k to DK. And withdrew $12k... #3 THEY LOCKED ME OUT NOW THAT MY BANK ACCOUNT IS EMPTY! I CAN'T EVEN TRY TO GET ANY OF IT BACK. But they probably think they did me a favor me. In reality I was just to the point I put so much money in wandering I may have hit a bit and they owed me a 150 bonus and a $100 bonus
#4. BE CAREFUL they will say your deposit didn't go thru so you do it again... More you look at your bank later and they got double it is your back and didn't tell you... Your first deposit actually did go thru. TERRIBLE!
