All I want to do is pay my freaking bill! Why are you charging me after you said, if I signed up for the monthly payments you wouldn't. Now I'm removing my monthly auto payment. This is extremely unpleasant and unfair and you really need to kiss and thank the big guy that I LIKE paying my bills! And to think I have 16 bills in total that I was going to put through this program... NOT!😱😵😠
Fast & easy...I like it. Takes only five minutes or less.Also use it to pay my mortgage.
Using this form of payment is great, it's easy,and convenient and I never worry about late payments!

Claims to be a way to pay the water bill online in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. I called the office and they have no pay-online option.

You program is to complicate i pay all my bills on line and you guys are the worse, well everything is complicate with Home Depot even their website is just like Macy's that they are offering their products and dont let you make the payment in peace

I just heard if this website, it was very easy to set up
My account abd pay a bill. But it says it will take more than a week for my payment to be sent though it was taken out if my card account.

Dont pay with doxo made a payment twice they never delivered it found it on google i dont know why i trust them but never again u even cant contact them there is only a chat online they want help you

I paid my personal taxes through them, believing it was affiliated with Boone County. It was listed on the bill website, therefore, I concluded I had the correct website. I was charged a $28.00 fee. I was unhappy, but the consequences of waiting for the last minute to pay. Unfortunately, I received a late fee from Boone County. I called to inquire and learned that Doxo is a third party unaffiliated with the company that will mediates payment. I did not need them nor would I have divulged personal information to them. Please, buyers beware! This company charges a HIGH FEE, delivers LATE PAYMENTS, and DO NOT REFUND. I don't believe they are a legitimate, credible company. I informed them to erase my personal information. Buyers beware!
