I have had 5 dealings with downloadmsoffice.com which resulted in 5 purchases for friends and family. I was phoned the following day to confirm payment details as an additional security measure for first time purchasers (not all purchases were made in my name as they were friends and family). I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend them to people wanting to save a few dollars. All products were provided with legitimate keys and are still running fine 3 years later without any issues even after multiple reinstalls following a hard drive failure.

Product didnt arrive, had an email about order being held up etc. Tried contacting with no luck so letting authorities deal with it.
Just purchased an Office product, spoke to a person on CHAT, received a receipt for the transaction but then came an email stating that my order has been held for further review and could take up to 2 days - "The product deployment usually takes less than 15 minutes. However, your order has been held for further review." Bank is now dealing with this.
Excellent customer service! I thought I ordered twice because of my stupid browser crashing during the checkout. The agent I chatted with was very patient and answered all my questions. The software came shortly right after and I was able to install and activate it.

After purchasing from this website my credit card was compromised & unauthorized debits of $2100 were taken from my account! My bank traced the funds going to the Phillipines! Not only did I received pirated software that didnt work they STOLE my money and they willl steal yours too! Went to the Address in Melbourne & the building manager said they are illegally using the address! ACCC is now investigating. BE WARNED they are SCAMMERS!
