Amazing customer service! I ordered Access 2016 and paid extra to have it installed within 2 hours. When I called to get the install going, I talked to Joe. He installed it right away, called me to make sure everything worked, and even sent a follow up email. WOW! Just when I thought no one cared about customer service anymore. WAY TO GO!
