They refuse to refund for damaged items or even send receipts. There products are cheap and staff is dishonorable

If there were a way to give the store zero stars, they've earned that. Aside from ripping me off by offering an expedited shipping service at a higher more premium cost during the Valentine's Day holiday where they practically guaranteed the delivery of the gift that I had purchased for my wife and daughter without any suggestions to delays of any sorts, this business instead of owning up to their fault offered me not a "full refund" of the extra "premium" shipping cost that they charged me for but instead only offered me 40% refund of that additional shipping cost and ultimately only paid me 20% of what they offered for the "gift" that I had purchased which, ultimately shipped/arrived about two full weeks after Valentine's Day. Aside from the gift coming utterly late and missing the mark on the purpose/occasion that it was purchased for, the item arrived damaged. We are talking about nearly $600.00 in followers that came to us damaged. The flowers were somewhat crushed with some of the petals torn/cracked. Again, the best they can offer was $100.00 refund. I'm seriously not sure what their out of pocket cost would have been for the amount of flowers used but surely they could have done a little better than this once you consider all the other problems that I've encountered with my purchase to begin with. They even offered me 20% off of "future purchases". This was like the "punch line" to a very sad and disappointing joke of theirs and their service/product. They've might as well offered nothing else because "fool me once"... if I can save anyone else any time and money, I will be sure to try my best to do so. We work very hard for our money, especially in times like today where work has been anything but guaranteed... there are literally tons of other reputable businesses they offers the same type of service and products and I strongly suggest you do yourselves a favor a look them over before jumping in this sorry rabbit hole that is dose of roses... that is if you care about having your gift delivered for that special occasion on time and in good condition which you would think would be a universal expectation...

What a sick joke of a company. I wish i could rate them with 0 stars. I will even place my order number here because this is not a joke at all. Order *******.

I placed the order 12 days ago! For them to "misplace" the product in pre shipping.

I had to remind them that my order was not here yet.

For them to just say, I'm sorry, we will send it out again but you will have to wait another 7-10 days for this order. They then had to create a new order for me, A NEW ORDER. Order *******.

I have never met a company that didn't try and help their customers and at least express ship the damn thing that I ALREADY PAID FOR! I even asked for them to express it, and they said they will send it the same way they would have before.

It will have been almost 20 days before getting this product. I could have ordered something off of eBay to be here faster.

This product was a graduation gift. WAS a Gift. A $500 GIFT that is now LATE and CUSTOMER SERVICE has done nothing but say, "my apologies for the inconvenience."

I took a risk by using this business, as I buy from the same businesses for every event and every year...based on my experience buying a Valentine's Day gift for my wife, I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. They're playing a 'shell game' by confirming an incorrect delivery date at the time of purchase in order to drive sales, knowing full well the delivery date isn't feasible - after I paid for express delivery, they CONFIRMED Feb 13th when I placed my order and then updated the status to Feb 16th the following business day. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, I was told I had to wait until I received the delivery. Of course, I tried again after it was delivered and was told they could only refund the additional delivery charges. I think it's clear to them that I wouldn't have placed the order if they were honest about the delivery date, particularly since it's Valentine's Day! This is a despicable practice. The fact that it arrived after Valentines Day makes it absolutely useless...I had to purchase flowers at the last minute, which is what I was trying to avoid to begin with! There's a way to grow a retail business without taking advantage of customers.
