I got my first ever, brand new handbag from Dooney & Bourke! In fact I bought two wallets, a coin purse, two satchels, a saddle bag and a zip zip. A couple were gifts and a couple were for me. I had bought previously loved D & B handbags! But, I sometimes came here and looked around! I dreamed of a brand new one.There are so many different styles to choose from. I kept one of the satchels, a wallet, a coin purse and a saddle bag for myself. I gave the rest to people I love. The stitching and leathers are something to behold. They're like Art. On the one wallet I chose had RFID protection which is a plus. They will last for many years. They have room to carry everything! The key hooks are so cool! The keys are always attached! I bought all black except for one black/brown which on the used bags were my favorite! Gotta love Dooney & Bourke for their pebbled and other leathers, their designs, their quality, different sizes, their fantastic bags. What's not to love...I have fallen in love! I will always have a Dooney & Bourke handbag! The leather smells incredible! Thank you Dooney & Bourke for making the most incredible, most durable, prettiest, most gorgeous bags ever!
The package was damaged, it was supposed to be gift, now I have nothing and they want me to pay a return without giving me a return label. They are the worst and I think there are better sites out there.
This is my 4th Dooney purchase and absolutely love it! Each one is unique and so beautiful. You won't be disappointed if you purchase from this company
Ordering online is easy, but the customer service is terrible. Not only the quality of the product matters, but also the quality of the service, which is where they need a lot of improvement. Please improve your way of serving the customer.
I own multiple Dooney handbags and have tried other competitor brands as well, nothing beats dooney quality.
Idk where y'all are buying your bags from, but I have a difficult time believing these reviews. DB is some of the highest quality leather at a halfway affordable price.
Good Site. Bought a bag and received it within a wk or so. Bag was good and paid as stated on website (sale that day). Will shop there again for more purses!

No customer service at all my order from April was never processed and no one ever notified me I have just been waiting as it was a pre order.
I had a D&B pebble grain Lexington shopper that I carried for years. When it finally showed too much wear, I looked around at many bags, but settled on the new version of my old bag. What a disappointment. I could tell right away it wasn't the same quality, and now, after a year, the decline in quality shows. The lining is rough. The bag has lost its shape. The white leather has yellowed. The hardware doesn't have the heavy feel of my previous bag. It's pretty clear to me they're cutting corners to deliver an inferior product.

THE SAME DAY I ORDERED I TRIED TO CANCEL, YOU SAID IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED, WAS A LIE. THEN I RECEIVED THE THE BAG YOU TELL ME THERE'S A $10.00 CHARGE TO RETURN WHICH WAS NEVER STATED ANYWHERE WHILE SHOPPING OR ORDERING, WHICH IS A SCAM THAT YOU KNOW YOU ARE RUNNING BECAUSE YOU WOULD HAVE STATED THAT EARLIER ON NOT UNTIL CUSTOMER NEEDS TO RETURN MERCHANDISE. THEN YOU MAKE IT HARD FOR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN BY NOT SENDING QR CODES TO THEM. BY WRITING THIS REVIEW I HOPE I CAN PREVENT OTHER SHOPPERS FROM BUYING FROM DOONEY & BOURKE.
I spoke with Dooney's customer service department to request a return label for an Alto Small Camilla handbag and Ostrich continental wallet, as my request was outside of the 30-day return window. I explained that I had purchased the $400 gift in September for my mother's November birthday but she was suddenly admitted to hospice and passed away. By Christmas I realized I still had this costly gift. Dooney was still selling the items online, so I kindly requested an exception to the return policy and wished to return them for a refund. I was told, no without any discussion. There was no consideration for my particular situation and grief.
I never actually received the purse. It actually went back to them on 12/27/22 due to a shipping issue. Still waiting for a refund or have them send the purse. Said elevated on 1/16/23. Nothing since then. Do not ever purchase anything Dooney & Bourke
I made a return and still have have not received any type of resolution. 4 weeks after they received the return and 7 phone calls, still nothing, not able to speak with a supervisor. At this point it is about the poor customer service they have. The argent by the name of Hank was very rude 1/22/21 at 810 am. He said if I was listening he would not have to repeat hisself to me! But at the end of the 7th call today, still no positive resolution. Customer service is very bad and does not do any type of follow up or email contacts to resolve any issue. The agent named Hank has really spoiled it for me with this company!
One of the worst companies when it comes to customer service. I have spent over five hours in total on the phone with them trying to get a simple UPS label emailed to me. I ordered a purse for my mother for Mother's Day. I have email confirmation showing the correct ship to address. Whoever processed my order took it upon themselves to change the shipping address and had it shipped to me. Completely incompetent. All I need is a new label to have the purse shipped to my mother which will never make it on time now! They want me to return the purse to them and they will then forward it on to my mother! Absurd! I am so disappointed. Zero customer service! I would not recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again!
I have been a loyal DB customer for years- have bought numerous purses for myself and as gifts. Great product, but now I have one with stitching falling out after a month. I contacted them and have to complete a form for them to "consider" doing a repair. After spending over $200 for a purse I expect better.
I own several of their bags. I have always taken excellent care of them, according to their directions. I had a bag that had defects in it. Reached out to customer service. They said there was nothing they could do. That was normal wear and tear. After arguing that it was a brand new purse, they finally agreed to let me send it in to them(my cost) to check it. Of course, they said that there was nothing wrong with it and they have returned it. And then they didn't give me a tracking number so that I would know when to receive it. I told them I was not comfortable having something like that delivered without knowing when it was going to arrive on my doorstep. All of this was back-and-forth through multiple emails to just get nothing done. So then, I reached out via chat to see if they could give me a tracking number. They told me they would send it to the other DEPARTMENT and I should get an email within 24 to 48 hours. Really! I love their purses, but I am second-guessing buying any more. The amount of money I spent I would expect better customer service.
They placed someone else's order and invoice in a box with my name and address which I returned to them and I still have not received the handbag I ordered. Calling their so called customer service is a waste of time since they feed you a load of bull and you never hear from them again. This is the last order I will place and will dispute the charge with my credit card company.
In fact don't expect ANY help of any kind. They will confuse the heck out of you by sending emails asking for any information which they have right at their fingertips. I hate that I've made any purchases at Dooney and Bourke or I love Dooney. Rude and deceitful.
Worst customer service around! Ordered a bag on line, arrived and I hated it! Quality of leather felt like plastic! When you call customer service, expect to wait at least 45 minutes and then they will disconnect you. If you email and request a call back... no one wil ever call! This company is sooooo bad!
