The following issues have led me to conclude that the service I received was far below expectations:
1. Product Out of Stock: After placing my order and waited for a month, there is no delivery take place. After making the enquiry with Doogee, I was informed that the product I purchased was out of stock. This information was not made clear at the time of the order, and I only learned of the shortage much later in the process. This lack of transparency is highly unprofessional and unacceptable
2. Slow Delivery: The delivery took an unreasonably long time, far beyond the delivery window that was initially promised. Despite multiple inquiries on my part, I received little to no updates or explanations for the significant delays.
3. Customs Clearance Issues: To make matters worse, I was informed that the shipment was stuck in customs and that Doogee was unable to manage this aspect of the delivery process. As an international customer, I expected your company to handle all aspects of the delivery, including customs clearance. The lack of support or assistance with this issue has caused additional frustration and delays.
4. Broken Promises: Throughout this entire process, I was given numerous assurances about timely delivery and full resolution of compensation of USD 30, but these promises were never kept. The lack of communication and follow-through on your part has been deeply disappointing.
They take the payment and sent the item 3 weeks later even if I cancelled the order. The phone has serious issues that impact your health and safety. Face recognition does not work, fingertips neither, phone card is most of the time not recognised, you need to reset. Asks for password double checked again and again. Photo quality the poorest I ever saw in my life, oppo 5 y old is better than that. Absolutely shocking. Service customers inexistent.
I had been trying to get my refund after returning my phone. I could NOT get the gps to work where I live in Pennsylvania.
I have written an email to their customer service support, a minimum of 22 days in a row. They would reply with the most vague responses that were of absolute little help. They would never provide instructions for processing the return. I BELIEVE THEY SIMPLY REFUSE YOUR REQUEST IN THE HOPES THAT YOU WILL JUST GIVE UP! The only thing I could do was ship my phone back to their distribution center in California. NOW DOOGEE IS TELLING ME I MUST SHIP THE PHONE TO HONG KONG. This is after 20 emails from me begging for a shipping label (which they have never provided) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOOGEE. You have been warned!
They sold me a defective phone and when i asked to return it, they refused. They generally ignore most emails i send to them.
On their website, it states that returns are allowed and when they eventually email, they said returns are not allowed.

I received this product, it looks very good to my requirements, I tried its features, great. The price is also very suitable. I actively recommend it.
I paid extra for quick delivery, got automatically generated email "Your items will be dispatched within the next few days" and since then I saw no updates, got nothing and for the second week no one responds to my messages:(
However, meanwhile someone removed the "Father's day sale" from the "Special Offer" page and left all the same discounts, so there must be a web administrator who silently collects payments, does NOT send anything back and ignores clients
I bought one of these Doogee phones (through Amazon) and it worked ok for about a month only to then to find that they shipped with dodgy malware apps installed. The malware starts to re-direct your browser to other website and pop up ads. Doogee tried to blame it on apps that I had downloaded myself but I have exactly the same apps on my tablet and do not receive any pop ups on there. Many other users reported this on the forums of the Doogee website but they just ignore the complaints and offer no fixes. Would not buy another Doogee phone again because of it, even though the phone hardware is actually pretty good for the price you pay, and that is the only reason i have not given them 1 star
