I had been trying to get my refund after returning my phone. I could NOT get the gps to work where I live in Pennsylvania.
I have written an email to their customer service support, a minimum of 22 days in a row. They would reply with the most vague responses that were of absolute little help. They would never provide instructions for processing the return. I BELIEVE THEY SIMPLY REFUSE YOUR REQUEST IN THE HOPES THAT YOU WILL JUST GIVE UP! The only thing I could do was ship my phone back to their distribution center in California. NOW DOOGEE IS TELLING ME I MUST SHIP THE PHONE TO HONG KONG. This is after 20 emails from me begging for a shipping label (which they have never provided) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOOGEE. You have been warned!
