Started playing drums at 12 and I'm 66 now. I have a Tama set in my basement which I can't play very loud because it upsets Walter and Eddy (my dogs) so I bought the Donner DED-200 to play on my main floor with headphones. I went with Donner because of all the positive reviews and also the fact that I bought their DEP-20 keyboard last year and I just love it. I was also looking for a set that could take my double bass pedal. Well, well even though I expected a quality product, I was still surprised when I started to set it up.The frame is heavy duty more so than the other popular brand that starts with an A, trust me my neighbor has one. The sound is AMAZING. I bought the set at 15% off only to realize that the next day(labor day) it was 20% off, so I contacted them to see if I could get that extra 5% off and they refunded me even though they didn't have to. So yes I highly recommend Donner for reasonably priced great quality products and a pretty good company to deal with.

I ordered a keyboard. My card was charged immediately but I recieved no shipping information. I emailed the company to request an update. No update was given, it was in broken english with multiple sizes and colors of font. I requested to cancel my order and get a refund. I have yet to recieve a refund or the piano (almost 3 months ago). I have taken the matter up with my credit card company. They told my credit card company I reported the product as damaged!? I believe my credit card company will handle the issue but maybe this can help anyone avoid the headache we have been through!

Can't get tracking info. Sent numerous emails for tracking number, no responses. Won't buy from Donner again

So I went and bought my nephew a set of electric drums for his 16th birthday it was about $400 a few days go by I got an email saying they canceled my order about two more days go by and they take the money out of my account making my account negative $400 and something dollars they don't have a phone number to call they don't respond to your emails immediately this is a scam do not order from this website. I'm having problems getting my money back I have to wait at least 75 days that's bull crap.

This company advertises on their website that their Customer Service will respond within 24 hours. So far, I have sent three emails in the last three days. Be aware that they DO NOT respond at all, you are ignored completely and there is no phone number advertised either. If you are looking at products on this website, do yourselves a favour and purchase them somewhere else. Sadly, if you have an issue they will totally ignore you.

Charge my credit card for a product they dod not have in stock, and could not ship to my country. Did not inform me. Only told me after a month after i contacted them. Dishonest organization.

We got exactly what we paid for, and it was worth every penny. The thing that did throw me off was the paypal name shows up as a Chinese name after you order and we got the pkg before we even got the tracking info. It was packaged well however, no complaints.

I got my Donner Acoustic Guitar today and I wasn't sure what to expect. I have seen many video reviews on it and they were both positive and negative. Well I am very happy with my purchase. This guitar plays pretty good and sounds great! The action is good and the fretboard is a little slow but something I can get use to easily. I am glad I purchased it. The extra accessories are great. I love the case. It has backpack straps on it and I love to ride my bike in the summer. IT will be real easy to bring the guitar with me to the park or wherever I want to. I recommend this guitar to any player at any level. You will be happy with what you buy. I have been playing for a long time and I have had many guitars. About 7 Electrics and 5 Acoustics and for the price of this one it's well made and sounds like some of the more expensive ones I have played and owned. Thank you Donner for a great product!

Donner pedal seems the new brand of this website, and it is their won brand, I can not find donner pedals from else shop so far, that is the most important reason why I give this website five star. These pedals are very great, especially the tutti love chorus pedal and morpher distortion pedal. I have bought 5 donner pedals, all the models, sadly there are only 6 model on market, but I think they will product more in the future.
And I like nux pedals very much, you can find newsest nux pedals in this shop, such as nux PT-6, nux loop core and MG-20. They are both excellent chines pedals.
Price: The price on donnerdeal is very low, maybe they have better supplier chain, I have compare many chinese seller, and can't find lower price from other place. Sometime they made send customers coupon, the discount is very nice.
Delivery：
I think international transport have same problem. Sometimes it really take long time to arrive, I remember one time, my parcel goes for 45 days, I feel very despair and though my parcel must be lost. But finally the parcels arrive one week later.
Servive:
Professional, they are honest and kind, if the parcel don't arrive after 45 days, they will resent or refund, and as to defective product, they also can return, and won't charge you any money, they will pay all the shipping cost，that is I what I need, as the shipping cost is very high. But just one time I have to return.
