Lead to it via an academic website, felt uncomfortable with it asking for credit card for a free trial so I made a virtual card, after 15 minutes of no confirmation email I cancelled the account and deleted the card and my account says they withdrew $1 for a "free trial". Glad I made the virtual card first because this site needs to be taken down.

Charged for free trial ask for supervisor and get voice mail... This site is a scam! Should of checked it out but trusted it since it was linked to you tube... Note taken and will pass around
This site is a scamming site. I have never once signed up to this site. Noticed money had been taken so changed my bank card and surprise $#*!ing surprise yet another transaction. I am taking this matter to the police now
Tried to watch a livestream. The link came from a legitimate source. Preseed the 'free trial' etc. Immediately You Tube stopped the link! I noticed a £2.95 on my credit card and had it stopped straight away. I never use my credit card, so only 6 weeks later did I notice they continued to take separate transactions of £2.95 and £7.95 each month from my card! Absolute fraudsters!

I was transferred to their CCard page from autonomia.co which has technical manuals for cars you can download for free if you confirm your address through your credit card, no charge just for information they said.
Now I am supposed to be a member and cant even cancel as all their links of support and cancellation just go back to their home page.
The most stupid website I ever dealt with. When I signed up I got a confirmation email which stated $0 and I unchecked the "renew membership after 5 dat trial ends" because I DID NOT WANT THAT. But the idiots decided to charge me $40 anyways cause they're full if $#*!. Now my membership is 'cancelled' according to them, and I'm still getting a new credit card from the bank cause clearly this website can't be trusted at all.
My husband did this app and 3 mths after canceling there started taking 2x a month just found out on back statements change your cards cuz they will still keep taking

Don't fall for their scam advertising! I was charged for access and for cancellation of a free trial membership only to discover their website doesn't have the book they falsely advertised on YouTube.
Called the 646 number, got some rude woman in the phone who promised my fees to be refunded. Will see. I'll update in few days but you, STAY AWAY AND DON'T SUBSCRIBE.

This website took my money from my CC account for nearly a year before I noticed the error. When I contacted them with a representative of the CC fraud unit, they agreed to refund part of the money to my account, but said they would have too send me a check for the last repayment of $29.95. The check finally arrived, but when I deposited it in my credit union, it was denied payment as a "frozen/locked account". Not only did I not get the 29.95, but I was charged a $20 fee for the returned check. I have taken this matter up with our state's Attorney General and will seek advice from the Post Office regarding violation for Federal Mail Fraud laws.
I am still wondering what Donna Play really is. I have no recollection of ever signing up for anything with a business that does movies and gaming. I must have given personal info on some kind of website to "trial" something. I cannot, however remember doing this. I noticed several credit card charges over 2 months. I called in when I found the website and they are refunding all the money. I am still puzzled however as to how they managed to get my personal information.

I don't even know how I ended up being charged from Donna play. I didn't even know what Donna play was until I googled it. They have charged my account every month for 29.95 and then when I called to say I wanted a refund, the lady was horribly rude! And she told me I could only get 59.00$ back! No! I will take this further, and I will get my money back! I advise everyone to never put your card information in!

Do not use this service! I canceled with in the 5 day window over 3 months ago. I canceled on line and called was told there computers were down. Called back canceled received an email confirming. However it upgraded my service so I was charged an additional "upgrade" fee, fast forward another month and I am still being charged! Now disputing the charges with my credit card company! I wanted to download a video and got redirected to donnaplay, then I registed a free account on Donnaplay on August 31 2015. And they did not sent double check mail immediately until September 1st. And I did not find anything I want on Donnaplay.com at all. Then I got the pay check from my credit card bank on October 15, listed Donnaplay Paid total US$7.5 for premium account. I was angry and cancelled the membership at the moment. No proper reply on contacting customer support so far, and they are holding my card information. And the most ridiculous thing is they are even charging US$0.99 for CANCELLATION fee?

I have never heard of this Donna's play nor have I ever signed up for anything that would help me with games and apps and things like that, I don't pay for stuff like that and they have been taking a reoccurring automatic withdrawal out of my account every single month since April of $19.95 and they're just gonna keep on doing it and I think they need to be reported & shut down!

These folks told me they would not charge my credit card until I had a chance the use he service and then it would be $2.95 after thirty days. Well, they instantly charged me over $30.00, crooks! I had the charges reversed by the bank. Stay away from them.

Ok so I have NEVER visited this site. Never even heard of it! And SOMEHOW they had my BANK DETAILS and managed to take out money from my account! For some reason they only took out a tiny amount and put it back in but for gods sake they shouldn't even have access at all.
