Done Right Landscape & Construction

I called Done Right Landscape mainly because I see their signs and work everywhere and I know of their great reputation and unique low maintenance landscape designs.

After calling, they scheduled me in for an estimate right away and after meeting with Bruce Aleo ( Owner) I clearly knew that this was the company I wanted to work with. Bruce is very passionate about landscaping and was extremely knowledgeable in plant and tree selection, the placement of where things should go and he came up with a new landscape design plan that would be colorful and vibrant all season long and easy to maintain.

Once the work was booked he followed through with everything as promised. His workers were amazing, very professional and hard working and so polite and respectful. They finished the whole project within 5 days and I couldn't be happier.

It's been 4 months since they finished and cars are still stopping in front of my house and and steering at the masterpiece Bruce created, all the neighbors came over to say how beautiful my landscaping is and I refer Done Right Landscape to everyone!

This was my 3rd time in two years working with Done Right. Last year they did significant design and landscape work to my lawn and this year installed a sprinkler system and performed a spring clean up.

After speaking with someone in the office, Bruce came out to our home the following day and provided us with a free quote.
After agreeing to all his great ideas and recommendations they started the landscaping and hardscaping work in our backyard within one week.
Done Rights staff came and started the work on-time and were so clean and professional. Everything we wanted was listened to immediately and taken care of. It's was such a relief working with such professionals!

My sister has used Done Right Landscape multiple times a d always raved about the work they do and highly recommended I use that at my home in Stoneham, MA It's now been two years that I've used them for multiple projects including lawn cutting, hedge trimming, tree cutting and pruning, gutter cleaning and drainage work and my spring and fall cleanups and they always return my calls and get me in their busy schedule promptly. You won't find d a better landscape company.

I highly recommend Bruce and team at Done Right Landscape. I wanted a chain link fence removed from my property replaced with a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence as well as some additional fencing and a gate to fully close off my yard. I got 3 estimates from local companies and decided to go with Bruce and I'm very happy with my decision. From the moment he showed up at my house for the estimate you can tell that he is very passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. He brings his tablet so he can give you a estimate on the spot and he took the time to go over different options and show me pictures/examples of things he's done for other customers. I decided to go with his company and his time estimate was 3-4 weeks due to COVID material supply backlogs (which was actually at least 2-4 weeks sooner than the other estimates I got). His timing was accurate and he started my fence within 4 weeks. Him and his crew got this project done in under 2 days, staying until 6-7 pm to make sure I'd have my fenced in yard by the weekend. The fence came out beautiful (see pics) and I've already gotten compliments from anyone who comes by.

Bruce takes great pride in his quality of work and goes the extra mile for his customers. One example: he put down loam under my new fence to fill some gaps. He told me make sure you seed and fertilize that so the grass can grow. I started to ask questions about what to buy (because I am new to this) and he said actually don't worry about it, I'll come back tomorrow (a Saturday) and will seed and fertilize it for you. Sure thing, I look out my window the next morning to see not only had he put down seed and fertilizer, he was out there watering it with the hose. That is the type of extra service that is never expected but always appreciated.

I found Bruce to be professional, responsive, and a perfectionist every step of the way... all important qualities in someone doing work on your home. I definitely recommend Done Right Landscape and will use them again in the future.

My landscaping cleanup was a HUGE project. All the work was completed, as expected, and there were no hidden costs or surprises! Bruce was great to work with, and he was very patient explaining exactly what he would do to clean my property up.

They went above and beyond with cutting down trees, stump grinding, removing any additional branches off of other trees that were dead and obstructing the view, and cleaning up the entire property from debris. They worked diligently and all day. By the end of a day and a half, I had fallen in love again with my property. It's amazing how cutting down a dead tree or a simple clean-up can totally change your landscape.

From day one, to the end of the project, the crew was awesome! They arrived on time; were very courteous and friendly, and truly appeared invested in doing the best work possible. Despite some grueling days, they just kept on working, as hard as ever! They were also open to my questions and, quickly responded to, and resolved, any concern I may have had! It was truly a joy to work with such a professional, dedicated team.

There are lots of companies out there, but, for all my family and friends, I would whole heartedly recommend they use Done Right Landscape and Construction for all their landscape needs! It was truly a pleasure working with them!"

I called Done Right on Friday in a bit of a panic about how to handle a broken wall and neighbors who were potentially building a fence right on top of it. Bruce returned my call immediately and said he would come by and take a look for me that afternoon. A few hours later he called back and said he needed to help get his crew off a job as it had started raining. (I mention this because it's all about communication right so I didn't mind at ALL) Bruce said he would make time the next morning (on Saturday) and followed through with that given expectation. I had just spoke to the neighbors and that worked out at least for now but Bruce took a great amount of his time to answer my other questions and discuss projects I wanted to do next spring. I had spent an enormous amount of time trying to get the yard and leaves cleaned up for winter and had given up on the never-ending task of trying to pull out the bamboo that is slowly taking over the back yard. After talking with me for some time and hearing me mention this Bruce said he had a crew near me and could have them take care of the Bamboo and also do a fall clean-up. I was feeling overwhelmed by it all and was thrilled. Within hours, a very efficient crew showed up and completed everything Bruce had promised and more! He also came back and walked around with me to be sure I was satisfied with the work. Thanks so much for being responsive and professional, I would recommend these hard working men to anyone!
